I used this product and it worked really well. I mixed it on a 1:1 ratio with a 10vol developer. However I do agree with some of the other reviews, the instructions aren't in English so if you aren't used to using dyes like this then it might not be obvious what you need to do. I did some googling before I used it to check. I put the mixture on dry hair and waited 30-45 mins before rinsing. I have naturally dark hair so before I use it I have to bleach it very light blonde. If your hair isn't very light it won't work. I have given it 5 stars because my results are just what I wanted. Dont judge the hair colour too harshly by my miserable picture. I just came back from the gym!

Had an issue with the 1st delivery, when I contacted the seller he had no issues whatsoever with providing me a refund or an exchange! I am very pleased with customer service and the product! It's a lovely lilac colour for my funky hair!

Absolute worst product ever. So far removed from pastel candy pink. Makes you look like Barney the dinosaur. That's what they should rename it. Could not recommend less.

Lovely colour but it gives more of a iridescent kind of look… It’s not what I expected it to be but still pretty.... It’s a very soft colour not bright at all

Absolutely lovely colour I can't decide if its pink or lilac its like a mix of the two, its not too bold its just right, i have short hair so mixed half tube with 30vol/9% peroxide mixed with a little water as i didn't have a lower peroxide ( 20 ml peroxide 10 ml water ) i left on for 30 mins if your not sure of the colour just google it and look at the images it will give you an idea of the colour, i put on top of bleached hair so it took very well

Using it on a regular basis. Pigment is not that resistent - but it’s because the pink pigment is not a stable one, compared to other ones. But the dye is of good quality, leaves the hair nice and covers grey hair - but you need to use a 6% developer for it to cover the grey hair.

Worst product I've ever used. Not at all pastel pink. No instructions in English. More green/blue. Terrible terrible avoid !

Horrible. Put it in, waited 30-45 minutes and it completely washed out. Not even a hint of colour was absorbed in hair.

Tras decorar el cabello (casi blanco) he aplicado este tinte con emulsión de 10vol y lo he dejado 5-10 minutos. El resultado no ha podido sorprenderme más. Además la tonalidad verde-azul que aún quedaba tras la decoloración de un tinte fantasía turquesa se ha matizado a gris plata.Perfecto para toner si tenéis restos azulados o verdosos.

Ich bin total begeistert!Was wirklich wichtigist und ich denke viele nicht bedenken das die Haare vorher wirklich blondiert sein müssen. Ich habe vorher sogar noch das Igora Silverwhite Silber drauf gemacht und totaesl trend Ergebnis! Ansatz wundervoll Candy Rosa und die Spitzen grau!Jeder der gern mal was anderes ausprobieren möchte - aufjedenfall diese Farbe!Unbedingt noch zu wissen - mit dem 3% Entwickler benutzen, sonst wird das alles nichts :D
