DelTexReplacement Ear Pads Cushions For Bose QuietComfort® 2 (QC2 / QC15 / QC25) Headphones

This review is specifically for the black Ear Pad Cushions - other negative reviews seem to address issues with the cable.I know the the #1 question in the minds of everybody reading this:"Yes, I know they're ear cushions, but the Bose-branded originals cost four times as much... so are these poor quality / do they fit correctly / do they work?"The answer is no, they're not poor quality. They're actually excellent, and pretty much indistinguishable from Bose originals - the material is good quality and they look to be well made. Fitting is easy and takes thirty seconds - the old cushions clip out, the new cushions clip in... the only thing I would say is be careful when removing the old ones so you don't damage the plastic clips that hold cushions in place. They are cool and comfortable and made from the same material as the originals - and they block outside sound just as well.Bose are currently (August 4th 2016) selling their original kit for £29.95 on Amazon - this cost £7.99.I have had my QC15s for almost ten years now and I still love them dearly; they've been with me all over the world and made countless long flights bearable. This is the second cushion replacement I have made, meaning with fairly intense use and careful storage, each set of cushions lasts between four and five years.

These fit well and are as comfortable as the original pads, though not quite as soft. In terms of installing them, it's helpful it bend them slightly along the longer axis and then repeat with the shorter axis of the oval. The latter has popped out on a couple of occations when I first got them, but have "settled", despite not being glued in any way.

These ear pad replacements fit and are functional however, they are not the same item as the original pads. The cushioning is much thinner than the OEM version and sound isolation not as good. For the price, they are adequate but for complete isolation I would think an alternative would be more appropriate.

Good replacement pads for the Bose QC 15 headphones for the price. Not quite the same thickness and fit as the originals but they will do the job. Seemed that the part that fits into the slot that holds them is a bit larger than the original Bose ones, making a slight ripple instead of being flat in the track. Next time I will probably contact Bose for the replacements.

With the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headphones being a costly item and my ear pads being very tatty I was searching to see if new were available and how costly replacements might be!I was very surprised to find these at a good price, they were easy to fit and restored my headphones back to a usable condition.Mick.

Read previous reviews on this and as these were much cheaper than the Bose one decided to see what they were like. Very comfortable and hard wearing, have no black specs falling from them like the Bose one I replaced.

Bought these to replace my bose Quiet comfort 2 (15) pads which had started to fall apart after years of good use. Easy to replace and happy with the quality of these replacement pads. Why pay more? Great product.
