Hip Saver
This has been a great addition to my workout routine! I purchased when I went from dumbbell to barbell hip thrusts and KAS bridges. It provides good cushion to keep the barbell from digging into your hips and is super easy to use. I love the design with the grippers on the inside and velcro closure. This has been helpful to keep the pad from sliding off. I have been using it several months now and it has been very durable. It seems well made, so hoping it lasts years. The price for how well made it is was on the lower end. If you're doing barbell hip thrusts or KAS bridges, I highly recommend this pad!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I own a commercial gym and we go through foam pads every couple months. This product has been a game changer. I bought one in August and the pad underneath looks brand new. We are using it for hip thrust and there are HUNDREDS of pounds put on the bar and no cracks or anything in the pad. Amazing!!!

Great item to have with you at the gym!
I’ve used this a couple times now and I have nothing negative to say. The design is adorable, the velcro is strong, padding is thick so no more pain when doing hip thrusts or squatting with the barbell. Overall high quality item. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a necessity I didn’t know I needed!
Didn’t realize how much of a difference this would be. Very well cushioned. Quality seems to be great. Very light weight. And it grips the bar very nicely too.

So cute, definitely repurchasing
I bought this specifically for hip thrusts and it was great quality and offered great support to the hips. The fit was okay, it fit a little loose on the barbell (at planet fitness) but it still worked I just had to hold it tightly. I love how it looked, apparently someone else did too because someone stole mine at the gym.
