Perfect for do it yourselfer
This is one of the best scanners I've used. It helped me troubleshoot and pin point more than a handful of codes on o e of my vehicles. Highly recommend

Good but...
Very intuitive and esasy to use but some special functions (like oil reset) doesn't work on my Hyundai Sonata 2011 (YFA) 2.4L

Very kind and amazing support! Good scanner!
When I received this product, my scanner refused to update it's system software for BMW/Mini. I contacted support and they were very kind to answering any questions and eventually they sorted it out. So far this scanner is great to use for many of the different brand vehicles we own!

No as intuitive as expected
For the price, I expected this to far out perform its cheaper counterparts. The interface is not as easy to understand. Updates take a while and you must reconnect to wifi each time.
