worked ok for 2 hours - dropped on floor accidentally and it quit. Junk

Works great!!
Works great!!! If you feel you have to nod too low before it turns on then rotate the unit around your ear while looking straight ahead until it vibrates then turn it back slightly and you'll have your position that works for you. I love it!!!

Relies on head tilting forward, not tiredness
This works, if you understand its limitations.It works by measuring your head tilt, which means you need to be sitting vertical, and your back straight. If you lean back this will NOT trigger. It will not trigger if you do heavy blinking (tired). It will ONLY trigger if you lean your head forward, and you need to "calibrate" it by adjusting it on your ear so even a minor tilt forward will trigger it.The shaking does work, and it is quite startling and will jolt you awake if you were dozing and your head droops forward. The power button toggle switch is quite prominent if you got tired of being buzzed.This device should work well in large trucks where you sit upright. But its utility in personal vehicles is rather doubtful.

This product works fine, it just didn't quite meet my need. One disappointment is that I thought that it would be able to switch between vibrate and audio alarm -- it is only vibrate, with no audio option. I mainly needed the vibrate, but having the audio for certain cases would have been a plus, I have glasses so I wear It between my eyeglass stem and my ear. Not too uncomfortable, but I found I can't wear it for long periods of time. Also I find I move my head (not dozing) and the vibration goes off (not necessarily the products fault, but makes wearing the ear piece awkward.)

Not as advertised - No audible alarm
This device is missing a main component. There is no audible alarm ("Di Di Di") as advertised. Vibration is very weak and seems useless without a some type of noise to wake you up. I ordered two of them and both are the same.
