I'd say more like 50% as sweet as sugar - but tastes just like sugar - no aftertaste
Update: So far it has not upset my stomach and I'm back to order the 3lb bag since it is half the price. (going with the other brand since it's less expensive at the 3lb bag price point)Original review: Thus far the 70% as sweet as sugar is probably more like 50% as sweet as sugar. I bought this because I don't like any artificial or natural sweetener in hot beverages. I don't generally put any sweetener in my coffee period, but, I like to make dirty chai or just plain chai and it needs something sweet. As a diabetic on a low carb diet, honey or palm/coconut sugars (my sweeteners of choice for chai) were out of the line up. Then I bought a cookie (Know cookies) sweetened with Allulose and researched it and decided to buy it, since the cookie had no funky aftertaste of any kind. I chose Keystone based completely on price. Thus far I have sweetened chia pudding, it took almost 2 tablespoons for the pudding (4 tbsps. of chia seeds and 1 cup of liquid) granted, my pudding was a mocha with unsweetened cocoa powder and espresso powder so it would have taken more sweetener than say a plain vanilla or fruit would have taken. But it did the trick and the pudding was very tasty.Right now I am drinking my first cup of dirty chai and it took about 2.5 tsps. to sweeten it to the right sweetness. Since I ate both the pudding this morning and plan on having a few cups of coffee - I will report back if it causes me any stomach distress. I am so very happy to be able to drink dirty chai again (coffee & chai tea) that I am really really hoping that this stuff doesn't upset my stomach. It's not supposed to, so that's what I'm believing.

Sweetness is sharp and short lasting
as described. Sweetness is sharp and short lasting. Does not bake wall ( gets puffy and airy. taste is a little weird after baking. Might work better if cut with something like monk fruit at a 50/50 ratio haven't tried yet)

This product is bland and not sweet at all
This product is bland and not sweet at all. I used three tablespoons of it to try to sweeten my coffee and it did nothing. I contacted the Company and they said that it was not as sweet as sugar-11/2 tsp to 1tsp of sugar- but offered nothing for the fact that it didn’t sweeten after the amount I used in an attempt to sweeten my coffee and had little results. I do not recommend it nor will I buy it again! By the way, I’m not decencitized to sweets cause I’ve been without sugar for months now since I’ve been on a low carb diet to control my diabetes.

would definitely not recommend this product
I personally think it is too expensive to not have a taste, would definitely not recommend this product. I was looking for a sugar substitute and saw this on youtube definitely not for me

I really wanted to like this. Allulose tastes so good in my Quest ...
I really wanted to like this. Allulose tastes so good in my Quest Hero bars...but this has a terrible aftertaste, almost like saccarin. It does not taste sweet to me...just bitter. I will stick to eurythritol and xylitol unless I find this product with no aftertaste.
