KnitPro Symfonie Double Pointed Needles 6" (15cm) | 2.50mm

These are my favourite DPNs. There so comfortable to use, keep tension and the yarn slides on and off them leaving a very neat knit. They cost a little more but are definitely worth it in quality. The needles are very lightweight to hold. Come in all sizes and ideal for many projects. The colour is lovely, having several different shades going thru them makes them look very special indeed. I am a very new knitter so I’d say they’re ideal for beginners being that they’rei so easy to handle and use.

Gorgeous double needles. So smooth, like silk when using them. I stick to this make for that reason. Colourful. Good length for knitting bottoms of arms and cuffs. Good price. Easy to use.

The needles come by 6. They are just fine and easy to use (first time using double pointed needles for me !) These particular needles seem to have a sharper point (or do they?) on one side of each needle. The trick is, as for every needles in knitting : if you have a tendency to knit loose (like me) you would want to use wood needles. On the contrary if you knit tight you will prefer the metal ones. This fact is particularly important when it comes to double pointed needles as you do not want to loose your stitch ! I personally hold the thread in my left hand wich surprisingly work with double pointed needles just like these. I was worried when I read one of the reviews that the needles would be easily breakable. Actually if you have very tight stitches like beginner's, it might break since it is so thin... If you are aware of that and become delicate and knit slowly to start, it should be fine (yes as I start with these needles, I now knit at turtle pace again).

I do a lot of knitting and I am a convert to the Knit Pro Needles. A regular knitter will know that with metal needles you need to run them through your hair every few rows to get them slick again. With a bamboo needle the yarn may not always slide along that well. With these Knit Pro needles none of that applies. They are incredibly smooth and remain so. The yarn glides along like a dream. I use Knot Pro in the 2 needle traditional way, plus I also use 4 to do a lot of knitting in the round. For this they are perfect as they don't slide out when you only have a few stitches on the needle. I am gradually building up my sizing collection of these. I now hate knitting with metal needles if I don't yet have the size in these Knit Pros. In terms of strength, they are very good. Lots of knitting and no sign of wear or tips blunting, etc. The only negative is that I find the white stamped-on size wears off with use. I wish it didn't. Despite this I still award 5 stars because they are so lovely to knit with.

These are an excellent compromise between plain wood, which holds stitches more securely, and the metal ones which enable faster knitting but and cold and hard to the touch. I can knit faster but the stitches stay on the needles even when doing fingers of gloves, with only a few stitches on each needle. The needles are also beautiful to hold and look at. Different lengths are available so check you are buying the right ones for the job!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesen Stricknadeln! Sie liegen sehr angenehm in der Hand, sind sauber verarbeitet und gleiten wunderbar durch die Maschen, ohne dass etwas hängen bleibt. Auch bei längerem Stricken werden die Hände nicht müde. Die Nadeln sind stabil, dabei aber leicht und fühlen sich hochwertig an. Für mich machen sie das Stricken deutlich entspannter und gleichmäßiger. Klare Kaufempfehlung für Anfänger wie auch für erfahrene Strickerinnen!

Liegt bequem in der Hand, die Wolle rutscht gut, aber nicht zu schnell.

Mit dem nadelspiel lässt sich sehr gut stricken, da die" Lettlopi ". Wolle nicht von den Nadeln rutscht.

Un buon feeling a contatto con il legno e lunghezza perfetta per lavorare calze.

Wunderschöne Farbgebung und herrlich glatt, mit einer schmalen Spitze :)
