HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -I ordered this bag for my sons birthday - when it arrived I was delighted with the quality and packaging - it even had its own cloth bag inside the amazon packaging, it is the real thing very high quality leather. When my son started to use it, however a small metal rivet failed on the strap - we contacted Komal by email - he could not have been more helpful - he arranged for a second bag to be sent and also some spare rivets to repair the strap- this is customer service of the highest order - my son now has two high quality bags and we are both extremely delighted with this purchase - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER 5 START FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Quality is very good, a bit tight on the size it you want to put a laptop and USB screen in the same bag with other bits - mains adapter, cables, mouse etc. There is no padding or 'soft pocket', so be prepared to require additional protection it you pack the bag out, and want to keep the contents from scratching or damaging one another. My 16" USB screen in it's own case only just squeezed in. It could really do with a little more internal space if you're putting a 16" device with case into it because there's no internal protection.Having had many bags other the years where straps have come off due to the clips trailing etc. I can see why they attached the strap, but I'd still prefer a detachable one.Not quite the perfect bag, but one of the best I've had to date.

This was a gift for my other half to replace his old, well worn, well loved work bag. He is very fussy but seemed to love this. It is big enough to fit his prehistoric laptop - which he wasn’t sure it would at first - but now the leather has stretched nicely. The colour was a little lighter than expected, more of a dark tan and less of a deep chestnut but it has aged well and darkened nicely. The maker of these bags includes a lovely little note and obviously takes pride in their work. To me this bag represented amazing value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another of Komal’s beautiful bags. Thank you so much.

I like this bag very much but........ the over your shoulder strap lets it down a little. If the strap was thicker and more durable it would achieve 5 stars from me.To be honest, I wish I had bought the same style from this vendor but in buffalo leather That is more expensive but FAR SUPERIOR. My own fault for counting pennies Having voiced my regrets, I still believe this on will last 10 years or more (with a different strap of course)If I could rate it 4.5 stars that would be an honest evaluation but the strap remains a minus.

Absolutely sublime product, bought for my daughter for Xmas 2019. Arrived at warp speed. Beautifully packaged and wrapped in a silky drawstring bag, adorned with the legend ‘Komal’s passion leather’, which is also added inside the leather bag itself. The satchel is a wonderful testament to the craftsmanship and pride this company exercise in the product’s manufacture. It is, quite simply, beautiful. I will be proud to give it to my daughter who will cherish it for years.

I have owned this bag for a little over a year now. When it first arrived the leather was very stiff as I expected, but with use it has softened up very nicely. The bag had a very strong odour for the first few months, to the point that it would make entire rooms smell of leather. I use the bag daily for work and university and it fits a laptop, charger, textbooks etc in it without problems and also makes a good weekend bag if you travel light. People compliment the bag and are surprised by the price.The main issue I have with the bag is that the strap has stretched out a lot, which has made the leather wrinkly and narrow and it doesn't look good. This problem is made worse by the fact that the strap is thoroughly stitched on and cannot be replaced. Some of the rivets which fasten the bag together also failed, however I was able to replace these with better quality ones.

Super fast delivery.A lovely well made quality item .The inside has lots of space ....zipped pockets ,pen holders etc etc ...... and the inside material is really really durable .Shoulderstrap is adjustable and has a comfy padded movable bit too.You can use the buckles on the closing strap two ways which is really handy too.A really nice touch is the note that comes with this item from the maker himself .This bag is going to last me years and years !Smells lovely too !Basically.......Really really pleased.

The bag is sturdy and beautifully made. It holds my laptop in its case plus the rather bulky charger with room to spare. Dividers on the inside make it easy to organise stuff. The body of the bag expands so it's not excessively bulky when it's not fully packed. The leather itself has a gorgeous smell, and has a vintage look to it. The buckles on the flap have latches on them, which makes it easy to open and close without fiddling around with buckles and straps. The canvas on the inside is a lovely shade of green.I would highly recommend this bag - I'll be taking it to university.
