Better right handed
Easy to use right handed, less so left handed, as the left side blade moves, making following a line (e.g. lawn edge) more difficult

Exactly what I'd hope it would be.
The head twists for awkward cuts as described.As you might expect, this is for light grasses and 'wispy' foliage. It won't reliably cut anything thicker than ornamental grass stems (albeit quite a few attempts once).I like it. 5#5 for me. Useful tool in the box and the make is reliable. I have more tools from them. I'd definitely buy another when this is worn out.
