Sometimes either hormone related sleeplessness or some cramping will keep me up at night. This product works great. Also, if you pull a muscle and need a pain reliever (and in turn something to help you sleep) this product works wonderfully. I actually recommended it to my dad (!) he was skeptical at first, but it really helped him with his pulled back muscles.

I used to take this years ago and it worked like a charm. I don't know what they did to it but it has lost some of it's most important qualities. It doesn't really do it's PM affect and I would be better off taking Ibuprofen for the pain instead of taking the Midol PM because it doesn't do much for the pain.

Seriously, I buy these for my friend. They can't find them in the stores so I order them online usually two boxes at a time. They use them to help them sleep at night. Their favorite used to be excedrin pm but they stopped making that for now. This is one of the few pm medicines that have diphenhydramine citrate in it just like excedrin pm did. Most have diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Don't know what makes the citrate better but they prefer this formula over the hydrochloride one. So until excedrin pm comes back on the market, I will keep buying these for a friend.

The two bottles I ordered arrived with the box taped shut. Evidently, they had been tampered with. Imagine my delight when I opened one of them, only to discover that there was SEVEN (yes, seven) pills inside, rather than the 20 pills noted on the bottle! As a result, this bottle and those seven pills now live inside my trashcan.

I am the kind of person who is always awoken in the middle of the night by menstrual pains but Midol PM puts me to sleep in about 30 mins, it's great. And the pain killers are aright too, i can get 4 hours of good pain blockage before I need another dose. This may be different for others because I have pretty severe cramps, but if you;re is moderate I think this will work even better for you. But be careful not to take it during the day, it makes you sleepy.

I can't seem to find this in pharmacies anymore and it's the only thing that helps my cramps and excruciating back pain. Maybe it's because it knocks me out so I don't feel a thing, but either way I NEED IT. I'm so happy amazon saved me from next month's torture!

Amazing relief without keeping you up all night. Normal MIDOL has some orm of stimulant that keeps me awake, this doesn't, but still knocks out the back pain, bloating and cramps
