The cover is great, it's stretchy, puffy, and soft. Don't eat the memory foam or your stomach will explode, its very good quality and will expand a lot. The pillows were a bit too stiff for me so I took some of the foam out and now the pillow is much softer and I'm the opposite! Great value for the price and great quality!

I had MyPillows for years and loved them. Was looking for new ones and came across these. I had to remove quite a bit of the stuffing to get them to my liking, but they are so worth the price and very comfortable.

Happy with my purchase. Love that I can just the firmness by taking out some filling.

They are too fluffy for me. They are so full that my head sits at an upward angle that isn’t comfortable for me. They are soft and squishy but probably better suited for decorative pillows

I bought these pillows a few months ago after I started having chronic neck pain that I believed might be caused in part by my old pillow. Upon receiving these, I adjusted the foam to the level I wanted and proceeded to have the most wonderful sleep I'd had in months. Between switching pillows and a few chiropractor visits, I have yet to experience the horrible neck pain again, so I'd say this was money well spent.

I had to remove some of the down to make this pillow a little less firm. I like that you can adjust how firm it is with such a wide range. I held onto the down I removed and put It in a vacuum sealed bag in the closet is case I ever want to firm it up. I also really like the exterior feel of the cover. Not some cheap fabric nice and soft and pretty thick. My only con is the packaging is a bit hard to open. If you have any mobility issues it will likely be hard to unbox.

These pillows are super soft! But too tall i kept waking up with neck pain no matter which way i sleep. They make great leg pillows though!

These pillows are great for my husband and I, as I like to sleep on my back and he sleeps on his side, so I moved some of the foam pieces from my pillow into his and now we both have the perfect custom thickness and support. The two layers of covers are nice to have, to keep the memory foam contained and protected. The outside cover can be easily removed for washing, leaving the second cover to hold the foam. The outside cover is a very soft and plush material, it is almost a shame that I need to cover them with pillow cases as they feel great next to skin. I have found that these memory foam pillows, with individual foam and silk pieces, are cooler for sleeping on that a pillow made from a molded slab of memory foam. I guess they have better air circulation moving through and between the pieces throughout the night. Overall very nice pillows, happy to have gotten them on a limited time deal to make them extra worthwhile, but likely would have paid regular price knowing now how they are.

I love how customizable it is. It does have a little bit of a weird smell. Do I think it’s the most magical best pillow in the world? No, I don’t think I’ve found my dream pillow yet, but this is a step up from classic memory foam, and normal poly stuffed pillows. I love the outer cover, it’s so soft!! And they do give you quite a bit of stuffing, probably enough to stuff a whole new pillow if you wanted!

Came in 2 days! Vacuum sealed in a little box. Took about an hour to reach full fluff size it made me nervous at first as about 20 minutes in it did not change in size but letting it sit for the full day brought it up to full size and comfort. Very comfy so far and feels like good quality for the price.After a few days of use I personally found it very firm so I took out some of the fluff and made it a bit smaller and now I am very satisfied. I like having the option of taking in and our the fluff to your desired standard. Very comfy pillow the outside is great quality and easy to clean. I would recommend this if you struggle with your current pillow situation and are in need of a good memory foam pillow.
