Pros:1. Boil water fast and to the correct temp.2. Spout pours uniformly and can be easily controlled.3. Setting temp is simple and there is auto cutoff.4. Uses 5A plug not 15A plug like many other kettles.5. Lasts reliably long and has solid construction in fit and finish.Cons:1. Lid of the kettle has only 3 Tiny Holes to vent the steam - this isn't enough and causes backpressure if water is over filled and causes Spout to eject water which is dangerous and can cause scalding and burns. Beware.2. The temp control and settings are not intuitive and you have to go through the manual to understand how it works. This is a pain point.3. There is no water level indicator or any window to see water level in the kettle.4. Spout tip is a little high compared to the handle requiring a slight learning curve to get it to pour right if you are coming from other popular branded kettles.Conclusion: A Cheap and reliable alternative to the Branded Kettles provided you are careful about the water level in the kettle and don't overfill it.

The product ceased to function within ten months of its purchase.However, the warranty claim process was conducted smoothly, and a replacement was provided efficiently.While the overall performance of the product is satisfactory, the temperature control mechanism lacks precision and proper adjustability.

The media could not be loaded. This goose neck stainless steel kettle brings new look to your kitchen. I have been using it from quite some time now. Happy with the results everytime. 800ml capacity and we can control the temperature. Desired temperature stays for an hour . Loving this kettle and i recommend to everyone

This is not a temperature controlled kettle, but a kettle with a thermometer. Once you accept this fact, it’s a decent kettle for the money.When you set a target temperature, the kettle switches the coil on until the target is reached, and then turns it off. This causes it to overshoot the target temperature massively, since the residual heat from the coil will continue to heat up the water. You need to do a lot of guesswork to set the target temperature to a much lower value so that the kettle heats up to somewhere close to the desired temperature.Once you incorporate this as part of your brewing routine, it is a satisfactory kettle. The temperature measurements are reasonably accurate, the gooseneck spout is decent, the build is okay (although the handle is plastic and it is quite creaky).

Value for money kettle and amazing service by Agaro

I regret purchasing this kettle alot. The temperature setting is inaccurate. Whatever’s temperature i like to set, it makes the water 100 degrees which is not suitable for coffee brewing. The Agaro company is not accepting this as a product malfunction and not responding properly even after contacting them for more that a month. If you are looking this for brewing purpose I suggest not to buy this it’s not at worth.

It's a smart looking device. The one that was delivered stopped working after one month, but AGARO was good enough to replace it completely. The second one is working fine, though the temperature control is slow.
