I'm in the process of running every single street in my city. This takes me down some slightly sketchy areas, so I was looking for protection from aggressive dogs or people IF that were to ever be necessary. This product is a great way to keep pepper spray at the ready and out of the way when I don't need it (most of the time). I usually forget I'm wearing it. But I did test the "draw" capabilities with an identical training canister of water and the draw was quick and easy. So, this product is great for providing confidence alone. I hope I never have to use the spray, but I feel confident that I'll be able to easily if needed.

best suited for women with small wrist. it will fit a guy but kinda tight. pretty good idea for personal protection against dogs and humans that act like dogs. in addition i suggest carrying a gun while jogging or biking.

I am a truck driver that pulls over and jogs everyday. Some days I end up jogging in some neighborhoods that I’m not real comfortable in. I’m still really careful but this product does at least give me a little confidence that I can protect myself if need be. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and what I like is it fits snug , doesn’t weigh much, and it’s easy to get to if I were to ever need it. After one week with it I also bought my wife one.

Tiny wristband! I ordered a small but is too tiny for my wrist. I have a small bony wrist and it barely fits. It has fallen off my wrist several times. Otherwise it’s a great quality item! Well made and easy to use👍

I've used one of these for years. I've not had a problem with the canister falling out. I misplaced mine and had to reorder. I ordered small, I should've ordered a larger size because it's tight. I'm 5'5" woman and my wrists are pretty small/average, so I think it runs small. It say's it fits a wrist up to 7.5" and mine is 6". But it's still a good product.

Perfect size to take with me when running. I wanted to begin carrying pepper spray after I had a creepy situation happen when running last week. I looked around but also didn't want a large can to carry while running. I found this and thought it would be perfect! I don't like wearing things on my wrist, so I use the wrist band and wrap it around the waist band running pack I wear. The spray is secure and it is easily accessible to me so I don't have to dig into my running pack to get it. I tested the spray and was able to smell the potency of it. Also really excited about the $1 replacement bottles.

I bought this for my fiancée to run with everyday since he can't ever remember the regular pepper spray and doesn't always run with a vest or zip pocket for one anyway. He hasn't complained about wearing this, and he remembers it much more often than he used to with the standard pepper spray keychain. It's about the same weight as the TomTom Spark GPS running watches we wear, so it works nice with this one the opposite wrist. I intend to buy the smaller one for myself sometime soon.
