Recommended these by a friend and I must say I'm happy. I feel better but can't quite put my finger on it 🙈 Great value for money.

Allergy stopped
Since I intake Bigidus + acidophilus, my allergies stopped. Of course I stopped lactose consumption as well, but when sometimes accidentally I drink milk, no allergy reactions. I had really severe allergy.
