Overall great!
I love these vitamins, they are the best I’ve tried since having surgery two years ago. I started taking them around 6 months post op and haven’t looked back. They are slightly cheaper directly from barilife however, I’m sure there is shipping fees and with my prime I get them most times same day or next day shipping free so that equals out in my book. I’ve had zero side effects, there is no odor and even my kids love the smell of the vanilla, they don’t leave a horrible aftertaste and taste great, easy to swallow and digest.

Easy to take but beware - contains very high levels of Vit B6 which can be dangerous.
An easy to take vitamin, but has 4 times the recommended dose of Vit B6 (even allowing for mal-absorption following bariatric surgery). Just One was recommended to me by the dietitian. It is an easy to take product that didn't result in the usual nausea that I experienced - associated with B12. However, after 8 months of taking this product as the sole vitamin supplement, I became very unwell and was eventually diagnosed with vitamin B6 peripheral neuropathy. The source was traced to this product as i was not taking any other supplements. I recommend that you get your B6 levels checked before you start taking this brand, as alternatives with a lower daily dose of B6 may be more appropriate. The TGA of Australia provide this warning 'WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6)' though there is no current requirement for manufacturers to display this warning on products that contain less than 50mg of B6.
