Perfect for starting out and home workouts
Recently bought this weight set for my girlfriend who is just starting to workout. This set is ideal for someone who is just starting their strength training.Once you are used to the weights as they are only light you will need to use heavier weights but these are perfect for starting out.Would reccomend for someone who is looking to do home workouts as they are easily stored away and very easy to handle and use.
