Der WMF Profi Plus Pfannenwender überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man: Das ist kein billiges Küchenwerkzeug, sondern ein durchdachtes, solide verarbeitetes Produkt aus echtem Cromargan-Edelstahl. Kein Plastik, kein Gummi, keine wackeligen Teile – nur stabiler, teilmattierter Edelstahl mit einem hochwertigen Finish. Mit seinen rund 32 cm hat er eine perfekte Länge: lang genug, um sicher über der heißen Pfanne zu arbeiten, und gleichzeitig handlich genug, um präzise damit umzugehen. Der Griff liegt gut in der Hand, nichts wackelt, und man hat jederzeit volle Kontrolle über das Wenden oder Anheben von Speisen. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass er komplett spülmaschinengeeignet ist und sich auch nach vielen Einsätzen nicht verzieht oder rostet. Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert – egal ob von Fett, Ei oder Angebranntem. Durch das Material ist er nahezu unverwüstlich und sieht auch nach längerem Gebrauch noch top aus. Ideal für beschichtete Pfannen ist er natürlich nicht, da er keine Kunststoffkante hat – das sollte man wissen. Aber für Edelstahl- oder Gusseisenpfannen ist er perfekt und deutlich hygienischer und langlebiger als Silikon- oder Kunststoffalternativen. Fazit: Wer einen zuverlässigen, stabilen und hochwertigen Pfannenwender sucht, der ewig hält und sich nicht verbiegt, liegt hier genau richtig. Kein Vergleich zu den günstigen Teilen aus dem Supermarkt.
