This is a really nice, modern design faucet set. The black finish is flawless and the components appear to be made of brass. The installation is simple and should not require anything other than a couple of wrenches. Although POP Sanitaryware is not as well known as most brands sold in local stores, I can't see any downside to purchasing one of these faucet sets.An update: I just got the new sink this was intended for and installed it. In general, the installation was easy even though the only instructions were a very basic diagram. Also, I installed it on a ceramic vanity sink and the top surface of the sink where the faucet installs wasn't perfectly flat. This caused a minot fit issue with the spigot base since it seals with an O-ring that does not protrude very far. I made a washer from some 1/16" silicon that solved this issue. The vensor may want to consider a similar washer. The pedistal sink also had a rather deep hole where the facet installs. I needed a 24mm deep socket to secure the faucet nut. This would not be an issue for other sink designs, but I mention it as a heads up to any installers who have to install it in a sink with a deep recess.Now that the faucet is installed the only negative comment I have is that the flow of water is rather forceful and causes spillage with our sink. I'm going to check with the vendor to see if this can be adjusted.

It's a pretty faucet & I really wanted to like it....BUT...it splashes EVERYWHERE!! I have the supply water shutoff valve almost all the way closed, so hardly anything actually even comes out & it still SPLASHES. No good. It splashes all over the mirror, the vanity, my clothes & my glasses. I hate it.

I really liked the look of this faucet, and was pleased to see how easily the supply lines connected to the faucet handles. I ended up replacing this with another set, however, because the water exited the faucet so close to the sink rim that I often ended up with water on the vanity top. Other than that, I loved the way it looked and worked. If considering purchase, be aware of the spout length to make sure it'll work well for you.

I seriously feel like I don't deserve such a beautiful bathroom some days, because I'm installing these really lovely accessories that feel like luxury but don't cost a luxury price! This is a great example, because it's very on-trend for the time (matte black is super current right now), but compared to a Moen or Koehler faucet, this was 1/3 of the cost, so I'm definitely able to stick to my budget. Installation was not hard either, which was great, since I'm absolutely not a plumber. I didn't have to get any additional tools or hardware that wasn't included - I believe it took around 45 minutes, including shutting the water off and everything. I'm so glad I took the time to find hardware like this one, because it's so handsome and works exactly like I'd hoped it would.

I really like the looks of the faucet. However I need information on how to adjust the flow. The water sometimes comes out in a broken up flow rather than it being consistent horrizontally where the water comes out from the faucet. There is a plastic or rubber like strip on the underneath side of the faucet where the water flows out, but it is a little bit mashed together in a couple of places. I can run my fingernails through it which somewhat opens it up for a consistent beginning flow, but it then turns into a very narrow pointed flow which makes it hit the sink with much harder pressure causing the water to splatter everywhere. I turned the valves underneath the sink as low as I could, which helps but does not correct the problem ; and aside from the pressure issue it pretty much destroys the esthetics of the flow. Is there any way this can be corrected? I will have to remove it if there is no fix. Please HELP! If there is a fix for this, I would give it a five star rating. If there is none, then I would have to give it a 1 star rating. Just because it's pretty, doesn't nearly make up for the functionality. I hope there is a fix. I tried to send a message direct to the company, but without attaching a file first, I could not get it to let me ask the questions. I hope they will see this message here and be able to help. If anyone else has experienced this, I would appreciate your help as well. Thanks

The media could not be loaded.  Love, love, love the look of this faucet. Had it installed by a plumber. The next day I opened up the Cabinet and found water under the sink! Returned the faucet to Amazon as defective and reordered the same faucet. Much to my dismay, the second faucet leaked as well. Extremely frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a faucet I loved as much on Amazon so I ended up ordering a faucet from Home Depot. Sad

I really like the easy installation of the Y-shaped quick connect water supply line hoses. While my new vanity had predrilled holes that were close together, this style faucet with separate hot & cold handles would look even nicer with a wider spread. It is very versatile to fit different vanity tops. I like the modern look of the waterfall faucet and this adds value to my much-needed bathroom update. The brass construction should be really durable.Faucets, like other fixtures, go through a testing process to verify compliance with standards. I had to look up the cUPC® certification and found that the “c” in cUPC® means that a product meets Canadian requirements as well as American plumbing standards. I find it reassuring to have standards-compliant hoses. Note that the sink drain is not included.

This is a really nice looking and well made. I was looking for something different than your average ordinary faucet. This is definitely that. The matte black finish is very nice and smooth and all the parts look and feel sturdy and not cheap. Only time will tell how the finish holds up. It comes with everything I needed to install and was very easy. The instructions weren't al lot, but they helped. It was just the update my old bathroom needed. I was a little put off by the price, but it seems worth it so far.
