ProX by Olay Advanced Facial Cleansing Brush System

I own a Clarisonic brush before I purchased the Olay brush. I wanted a smaller brush to take with me on business trips but I didn't want a brush that doesn't work well. I watched every Youtube review I could find on the Olay brush but, honestly, they were confusing. I finally took the leap and bought the Olay brush. It works very well and I am very happy with it. If Clarisonic is a 10, the Olay brush, for a small fraction of the Clarisonic price, is about an 8.5. The only reason I gave it 8.5 is because at the high speed setting, you have to exert some effort to guide the brush. Because the brush moves in a circular motion, it tends to "want to" move in the direction of the circular motion. The Clarisonic bristles vibrate so it doesn't have that issue. Another difference is that Clarisonic has a built in rechargeable battery and the Olay relies on AA batteries. This is not a big plus for Clarisonic when you consider the fact that the Clarisonic built in battery dies after about 2 years and you have to buy a new brush because the battery is not replaceable (and the new brush costs > $200). My skin is clean after using the Olay brush, similar to the feel I got from the Clarisonic. The price that I paid on Amazon is $17.50 which is half of what the brush costs at drug stores. If you don't have a brush, I highly recommend this one. If you already have a Clarisonic, you might want to get this for travel like I did.

I have been in need of a face cleansing brush for a while because my hands just aren't doing enough. I didn't want some super expensive one but I did want a good quality for a good price and I think this brush is it. The only complaint I have for this brush is that the brush head is a tad bit small and I wish it was bigger to cover more area on my face but I will test other brush heads and see if they fit on this one. Overall, it has two great speeds and is very easy to use and my face felt completely different (in a good way) after one use!

I absolutely love this facial spin brush! Brief history on me: male 25 with oily /dry skin. My face would get so oily, especially when I would forget or not have time to wash my face in the morning, that by afternoon it would be oily/dry and begin flaking. It would become so itchy and when I scratched it guess what? It flaked and got worse and worse.Since having started using this facial spin brush, I have had considerably less flashing issues. The brush exfoliates and knocks loose the excess skin cells on my face without leaving it red and raw. I have tried scrub pads that were just too rough on my skin and left it red /raw. I would get ready to leave the house and notice a little flaking and begin to scrub with the pad, then my face would be red for hours leaving me embarrassed. With the facial spin brush I can use it to alleviate flaking. Absolutely love this product. Been using for maybe 2 months now and the brush head is still good, believe I read too replace it about every 3 months.

Decided I wanted a facial cleansing brush after trying out my girlfriend's Lumispa. I didn't want to put out as much as she did for a Lumispa but wanted something with similar functions. I went with this brand because it is a well established brand in skin care and also for the replaceable brush head. I prefer the brush head of the ProX over the Lumispa because the bristles bend to the contours of your face whereas the brush head of the Lumispa is made of foam. The design is simple and feels cheap but it does what it's supposed to do. The ProX uses 2 AA batteries and although a rechargeable battery would be nice, the charging port would have taken up an outlet plug in the bathroom as well as space on the counter. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Definitely feels a little plasticy and not like the nicest material. It's smaller than I thought but I like it. Bristles are soft and like the way it spins

I’ve been using this for like 2-3 years and loooooove it, I have bad acne and see a dermatologist and I use tons of like acne prescriptions so this is a legit skincare tip from someone who has bad skin. It works very well, I use it in the shower getting it wet isn’t a problem but don’t leave it in water, after your shower lay it someplace where the brush will dry just so you don’t need a new brush head. It’s really easy to take apart and lasts a very very long time. The brush goes in circles when it rotates, I like the fast speed, after I use it my face feels so clean it’s amazing. And even seems to make less foamy soaps have some foam which personally I like.

I use this tool everyday. Its very affordable and great for gift giving for friends and family who are looking to get into skincare. Especially that clairsonic is out of business and the Olay cleanser tool goes on sale quite often. The replacement 3pack brush are very inexpensive as well for about $12-15. I have used different face wash products with mine from Olay, Tatcha, Clean&Clear, and more. The cleanser came with 2 pack brushes and batteries already. I have had my Olay cleansing tool for about 6 years now and have only needed to replace the battery once. I recommend those who use this, to keep in a dry area or else the water will stain the cleanser tool yellow. This cleanser is really good for those who want to exfoliate and wash off all the oils and deadskin off the face.
