Brilliant product. Although Plantronics won't tell you this - it does work with certain Jabra headsets, I have tried this with the Jabra Evolve 80 UC, and to begin with it wouldn't work with the jack being fully plugged in, so it took a bit of tinkering to get it working. Now it works with it fully plugged in, gives you the perfect option of switching between phone and PC in the push of a button.This also is compatible with Avaya phones, have yet to experience any issues other than it requiring the AC power adapter, which isn't included when you purchase the item here.

Got it to be able to connect directly with the physical phone but the quality of the call is horrible, impossible to hear what the there is saying at all.I use it just to synchronize my plantronics Bluetooth headset with the computer when I need to listen some media from the computer.Do not worth the spend.

I just received my second faulty hub this is a joke. The support team sigh with a tone of familiarity when you call them, Avoid this product it does not work

Stellt die Verbindung (mit BT 300 Bluetooth Adapter) zwischen dem Telefon und meinen Phonak-Hörgeräten her (über ComPilot). Echt super und zuverlässig. Kaufempfehlung.
