Q: does it come with a manual

Mytee does not include the manual in the box but asks that the user downloads it from their web site. We can down load it for you and insert it in the box if you ask us to. Thank you.

Q: How much for HP 100 set up for 240V ?

I don't know about the 240V but we have sold many 230V and it would be another $200. You would have to call us to order it we do not have it online. Thanks

Q: Can the HP 100 be used to clean carpet in large facilities or is this just used for small things like autos and upholstery?

Sure you can use it for any job. It has an 11 gallon tank for clean and holding water. With a 5' wand you can do about whatever you want to do. We have lots of customers that use it in offices/warehouses. Vic
