Not fit for purpose.
Not easy to remove camera from case with strap attached to camera and fed through case as intended. Also the metal buckle (which looks really nice) constantly comes into contact with the camera which will soon result in a scratched camera.Even using the camera (Ixus 240) supplied lanyard is not possible with the case since it gets in the way of the magnetic clasp. And if you feed the camera lanyard through the hole in the case you have to unfeed it every time you want to take the camera out.A shame really since the case looks nice and fits the Ixus 240 well, but I always use the lanyard to protect the camera against falls.

Luxury camera case
Was a bit unsure with expense of this item, but having just treated myself to an ixus 230hs I needed a suitable and good case. I am so glad I bought it - it feels great, being leather, and looks rather sophisticated! The camera fits very snugly, and the mag lock is quite strong. It is thick enough to prevent damage to my camera in my handbag,and the long strap means I can keep it over my shoulder. Good delivery time too, so many thanks to all.

A smart looking camera case
This case is not the cheapest one available for the Canon Ixus but it is leather and fits the camera like a glove. The stripe down the front may not appeal to everyone but no real criticism on my part. The only " extra " I would have liked is a small pocket to hold a spare SD card separately from the camera.That apart a nice product.

ixus 240HS perfect fit
Fantastic quality case absolutely nothing negative to say - having tried another product which said it would fit this model but failed I would strongly recommend if you have this model please dont waste you money or time on others go straight for the canon product and be assued of a great product and great fit

Not Really Soft
The case is OK and protects the camera. However the hole in the cover through which the neck cord is intended to pass makes use of the camera without fully removing the case awkward.

The case fits the camera perfectly. It is a hard, rather than a soft one and it protects the camera. At the same time it is easy to remove the camera from its case.

Nice case but a bit expensive.
Nice case, camera fits in snugly. Good protection and robust quality. Would have given 5 stars if the price was a bit more reasonable.
