So, we ordered this on a saturday and had it delivered on sunday with prime. Great service, on time and good tracking.The actual item however? Its not terrible, but it certainly sub standard.The problems are: 1. poorly manufactured wheels, two wheels did not lock in. I had to put them in a clamp and expand the little retention clip to get them to stay in. Not the end of the world, but if you dont have the tools, you are stuffed.2. The pre drilled holes on the seat base were in complete. 2 of the holes which should have a pre drilled and threaded sleeve in ( so you can just do the bolt up) were missing. The fabric had the appropriate hole, but thats where it ended. No thread to use. Again, i fixed this myself as it was easier for me, i have the tools.I would have sent it back if i hadn't already had to cancel an order that sat at UPS for 9 days (in the uk) and missed 2 delivery windows. At this point i just wanted the chair and trying to pick one up from a store.... Don't even bother.So, on this particular item, good service from amazon prime, badly manufactured product. If i didnt have the tools to corrext the errors, then it would have gone back

Great chair son loves it. Problem with the side cover on right hand side does not fit proper. But then reading a review looks like you’re sending 2 left hand side covers. Please send me a right cover please.

Très grand et très pratique

Seppur consegnata con 1 giorno di ritardo, ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Montaggio facile e senza intoppi anche se da un lato ho riscontrato 2 fori non allineati benissimo. Belle cuciture anche se avrei preferito una copertura dietro delle bretelle elastiche e delle cuciture dello schienale, ma son dettagli. Per il resto fa il suo dovere e la trovo molto comoda. Consigliata.

El escritorio esta muy bien echo, es cómodo y fácil de montar. Lo malo que tengo yo, esque mis 2 pantallas van con brazo y se mueve mucho la mesa. Por lo demas todo bien!
