Faulty and poor controls
The unit delivered had very poor load regulation even with the current limit set to maximum - when set to 10v the output sagged to 7.5v with a load of 100mA but the output meter continued to show 10v. Returned for a refund.When trying to set it up I found the control method to be a bad design. Everything is done with the one knob so you need to use a combination of short and long pushes, plus rotations in order to select even the simplest of setups. The output is set in a series of steps but the size of the steps increases in the sequence .01/.1/1 volt with pushes on the knob. If you are rotating the knob to increase voltage in a lower range, an inadvertent push can suddenly increase the step size by a factor of 10.
