Black Leather Divan Bed with Ortho Mattress, Headboard and 2 drawers (4ft6 Double)

Pros: it’s a comfortable mattress, and the drawers are spacious.Cons: Literally everything else. The faux leather material is so thin that my cat put his paws on it, and even though he wasn’t scratching his claw poked through, further proof, my (not sharp) fingernail pierced it when I was putting the wheels on. No instructions for attaching the headboard and when I messaged to ask them why they gave me a derisive and snotty response that it doesn’t have instructions because it’s “so easy”. I’d like to point out I have severe mental health issues and physical health issues too, so it isn’t just easy tor me. The mattress has threads coming out of it already. My previous bed base caved in and needed a wooden board to support it, but it still lasted 7 years and the mattress had hardly any damage. I’ve had this one three days and the embroidered parts are threading already. Whilst I do have cats, they’ve barely touched it. The drawers were sealed by a shoddy piece of the faux leather crap that’s on the base, and was told by them to remove it to use the drawers. This is not possible without removing the staples or leaving bits of material hanging out thus I had to put staples back in with the hammer afterwards. Wheels were stiff and awkward to put on, and it took ages to click them in. My mom will put the headboard on as still no instructions that are of real use provided, and no holes in the divan base for the headboard screws either. I guess you get what you pay for. I wish I’d waited another few weeks and bought a decent bed for a little more money now as I think I’ll have to replace this one within a year maybe two. The material on the base at least can be reupholstered, but considering I have three cats, I don’t know if I’ll bother. I would love my bed to look nice and new for a long time but it won’t with pets or cheap craftsmanship. If you need a quick fix bed or a spare bed for a spare room, it’s comfortable, cheap, and provided you don’t have pets, mostly aesthetically pleasing. You will need two people to put the headboard on and if you’ve never done it before will need help or a YouTube video. The delivery driver will come alone so you will have to help with the bed into your apartment. The guy was nice however and understood I had a disability and couldn’t help (I’d already hurt myself massively from taking the old one out) and did it by himself. If you’re looking for a long lasting bed, I don’t think this one will do. I estimate maybe 2 years (but who knows? My last bed was cheap and lasted 7 years although it should have been replaced after the flood damage caused by idiot neighbours really). If you have pets, expect to replace the material with something more durable, or accept the fact it will damage easily. I wanted so much to love this bed and give it a chance, but whilst it’s way more comfortable that my old one, I anticipate it will start to dip in in the not-to-distant future.Overall: 2/5.

Great value for money,the problems I had were that one the driver refused to deliver the bed into the flat ,I had to pay him £20 for him to carry it inside for.The bed was packed in 3 packaging, bed,mattress and head board.Secondly the drawer are hard to push and they do come off the rail if u hard push.Otherwise the rest are fine.

Bought for My mums birthday as she is had been complaining about back issues. After a few years of use, her back has not been troubling her. For 200 quid, bargain

Received bed and base was damaged on both corners. Supplier agreed to part refund. Though not a big refund, I couldnt be without a bed. Assembling was easy. Headboard could be higher as when sitting in bed, my height of head exceeds the headboard. Mattress not the best, but quite comfy, and good value for the price paid. The 2 draws under bed are quite large and a great space saving for my small bedroom. All in all, happy with my purchase, and communication with seller. Dianne.

Great bed, value for money, really like this bed nice material and mattress is great. The only negative would be that the seller is impossible to get in contact with did not reply to any of my messages and couldn’t request where drawers were. But otherwise great bed. Would definitely recommend

This is not a fake review. So listen up peeps. Great bed . Bloody cheap and even the mattress is alone is worth the price we payed. The only problem I now face is getting my 13 year old out of bed for school lol. Just 1 more to add tho. The drawer rails are a bit on the flimsy side. So don't put item that are realy heavy . Otherwise the drawers will come of the rails.

Lovely Bed! Fantastic Value 4 Money. Large, good quality draws. Decent enough mattress. Easy to assemble. I disagree with the previous 4 star review saying the mattress is a little soft? As I sell beds for the company I work for. And so am well informed that firm mattresses are Bad!I deduct 1 star as delivery company gave very little notice 4 delivery, & arrived in the morning, despite stating Afternoon delivery, so I was at wk. Also wooden struts were missing. Seller sent them within 48 hours, so excellent service in resolving.

I’d like to start with the hole for the wheel not being cut out properly. There was wood stuck inside.Then the headboard isn’t even stable enough to lean your head on it unless you push it way back to the wall. ( which in my case I can’t do )I also needed to cut out more holes for the screws.If I bought an already made bed why do I still need to DIY small parts ?The mattress is a little hard too but seems very comfortable so we will see.I don’t understand the reviews. Did I get a different bed or?
