is there an expiry date?

I looked at the box they came in and there is no expiration date on the box or the individual packets. The packets are very will sealed. We used one on a tomato based spill on a white table cloth on Easter and it worked great.

Would these be useful to remove makeup from collars on clothes that can't be washed often?

Yes, my wife uses these on her clothes to remove lipstick and other facial stuff before laundry, we have the SHOUT WIPE in the bathrooms and in the car and truck. I use them also.

When do these expire? I am planning ahead for a Sept. 2016 wedding and want to begin ordering things for the welcome bags. Thanks!

I bought mine September 2014. Expiration date 6/2014. However, they are still moist (Aug. 2015) and really are very handy to have--spots on clothes come out quickly! Great idea for welcome bags.
