WypAll, 7495, L10 Extra Wiper Centrefeed Roll Control , 1 Ply, White, 6 rolls x 525 sheets

Since WypAll has revised their range, this is the best alternative to the old airtech range. Not as absorbent and it’s quite thin, but just about strong enough for general wiping. It’s single ply, but the two ply are staggered on the roll rather than one continuous sheet.

Does exactly what I need it too.... I use it for cleaning around the house when I dont want to use a dishcloth as I think they harbour germs. It's also great for the house and car windows.

The product is listed as 1 ply but contains 2. 2 plys that aren't even lined up. This absolutely grinds my gears.

These are of course designed for industrial use in a dispenser. The correct method of dispensing is from the inside - the cardboard tube peels away allowing the paper to be extracted from the centre. Initially I found it quite tricky pulling off sheets from only one layer. Once you have used a number of sheets, however, it seems to sort itself out. The product is good, being a reasonably strong quality paper suitable for most cleaning jobs. Obviously it is not as thick or soft as most standard kitchen rolls, but then it is not designed for a domestic situation. Perfect for use in the garage and utility areas, and general household cleaning but not for general cooking use.These rolls are bulky and if you do intend using them at home you will need plenty of storage space! Although large they are not heavy.

The clue here is that these are from Kimberly-Clark Professional which really marks them out as a business/industrial product rather than aimed at the domestic market. The six rolls are huge. From the product photo you might think they are toilet roll size. They're not. They are much bigger and heavier.But for use in a diy, garage or gardening context these are fanastic. I've used them for cleaning oil from around a mower filler cap and their generous size and good absorption worked well. Cleaning up a small spillage of white spirit was also performed with ease. So I now keep one of these in the garden shed and another in the utility room.Given that there are over 500 sheets per roll these will also last me for a very long time.

Six huge rolls of one ply paper that are really very good quality and make superb kitchen and cleaning roll. Far better quality than my normal much cheaper stuff, and a far bigger price. Tried to work out the ratio of cost to sheet, and still more expensive than my usual brand, but they will come in very handy. if they were used as hand towels from a machine they are very absorbent and I'd be happy to use them. They will last me ages and put to good use, my only quibble would be price, and possibly storage, they are bulky.

Be very careful when orderign these as i thought they were kitchen roll, but they are at least 5 times fatter than standard kitchen roll.I used these whilst decorating my utility room, i am not sure why i decided to repaint it in October, but i was bored of the colour.I used these to wipe up spills, wipe off paint from the brushes, they are also really handy for cleaning up pet spills.Be very mindful of storage as they are really big, they are either going to have to go in the loft or a shed if you have one.
