I had never heard of 'pulling' before and certainly would not have considered coconut as a component to clean your teeth. However, I was informed about this procedure from my dentist (a very well respected Harley Street Dr) and told to go on Amazon and look it up. Many to choose from but this one stood out as it was the whole package - mouth wash, tongue scraper and tooth brush. Surprisingly non sweet as I was expecting. Using in conjunction with Dr. Wolff's Bioniq Repair Plus Toothpaste. Teeth and gums certainly feel clean. Cant comment on whitening as I haven't used it long enough. Seemed good value for money.

I thought it was some magic oil which I was wrong. Used it with food in my teeth gargled and swished for 2 minutes, didn't even shift the food in my tooth. Taste nice and leaves breath a bit fresher.

This is a great mouthwash I have seen improvement with my gums after 10 days of using. It’s does whiten the teeth, but a subtle white. The best I have ever used Period!The only downside is that it’s expensive- that’s it.
