My son was 3 when the pandemic started and 5 by the time he went swimming again. I purchased this so he could gain the confidence needed to learn an extremely important life skill.It fits him perfectly with a small amount of room to grow (he is a small 5 year old).It has adjustable straps and safety buckles that he can't undo himself.This purchase was very reasonably prices. I would recommend this product.

Bought for a holiday. Kids (4 year old twins) were in and out of the pool all day for a week. The swim vests were excellent. Felt safe in the knowledge that the kids would fine even if they accidently fell in - plenty of buoyancy provided by them.

badly made and not good quality, straps broke on adjustment

My son grew out of his Zoggs foam type jacket so we got this because he was a big 3 year-old. Now his sister's approaching 3 and she's really tall too so we bought her one. They're fantastic - as they inflate in sections we reduce it to make them learn to swim. My son loves his. This one has clips that are harder to unclip - which is easy for adults but your child would find more fiddly.

Loved this product, however, Disliked the the fact that this product say's 3-6, and it can just about fit a 2yr old

I bought this item for my 4 year old Grandson when we took him to Spain,he lacked confidence in the pool until we put the vest on him , in no time at all he was jumping in (with me on hand) and by the second week he was going down water slides . The product gives unlimited confidence when fully inflated and as they become more self assured you can vary the bouyancy of the vest according to their progress. For the money it's a brilliant swim aid.

These fit small children really well. And for contained situations and short spells they are fine. But if we were taking tiny children to sea instead of a shallow pond we wouldn't compromise and would go a more costly route
