Easy to assemble and use. Did a great job on our porcelain tiled kitchen floor. Haven’t used the attachments yet but feel confident it’ll work well.

Difficult to get into right angled corners also on initial use it left floor wet but after experimenting it worked fine (still learning). Also used the steam jet to clean tiles & that was very good. It isn’t heavy & despite issue with corners it is very manouverable & easy to use. I have bought cheaper steamers which have done ok BUT yes worth the money. It does clean well

Wow! I use this almost every day. It has improved the appearance of carpets, furniture, clean kitchen and bathroom. I even steam my mattress and sketchers! Heat up time fast, lightweight and easy to use. Sturdy and easy to put together. Takes up little space. Recommend.

This steamer gives advice and starter to prevent limescale build up , which all steamers suffer from but few give such help , to prevent it destroying the machine. It says use tap water but the machine will last longer I suspect if you used boiled or bought steamer water. I lost my first H2OX5 to limescale so looking after this to prevent it happening. Such a good product if instructions followed.

Really good steamer although is bit heavy when using hand steamer

Bought this mop in January as we had just re-tiled our house. Bit flimsy, but worked brilliantly. Heated up quickly. Got into corners due to the triangular head. No need for any chemicals or additives. Very pleased. Then it stopped working altogether 6 months later. Contacted the manufacturer, who decided it was a fault and that we should contact Costmad UK, where we bought it from. through Amazon. Still awaiting a reply one week later. Very disappointing as we bought lots of replacement pads (which you need if you are to do a few rooms). If we do hear from Costmad, I am sure we will have to return it to them at our cost, which will be considerable as we live in France. Decided to buy a Vax model instead, which was considerably cheaper and although not used yet, seems far more sturdy. If you are one of the lucky ones where the H205 mop continues to work, it is a good product. For us and many others, it broke and has bitten the dust after 6 months. Update 2nd September, still no reply from Cost mad. Very poor customer service, which is putting us off ordering through Amazon third party companies. Further update 21st September. After no email from Cost mad, I phoned them and explained the problem. They had not received my email. They sent me a return label by email and we had to take product to a UPS collection point, which is in our local village in France. A replacement was offered, but in fact they are fully refunding the cost of the item, plus postage. Can't ask fairer than that. Make sure you phone them if you cannot contact by email. We now have a Vax steamer, but still prefer a lot of aspects of the H2O mop.

gia' conoscevo il prodotto quindi tutto nella norma,peccato che mi e' stato inviato con spina di corrente americana quindi ho dovuto spendere altri 12 euro per un kit adattatore alle nostre prese italiane.

This is a really good machine cleans the floor really well I’ve used it on my soft cushions furnishing just the Job. Very pleased.

This was a very big disappointment. It switches on but does not heat up at all AND SO, NOT making any steam. Not at all like the demonstration on it. I’ll advise not to waste your money on this item

Did not get any of the additional accessories, just the mop, and usual attachments. No extra pads as advertised.

Jag har aldrig använt en ångmopp förut så jag var lite tveksam men den här var ju super! Lätt att använda och det blir väldigt rent.
