Very easy to change the heads. Ergonomics is good. The speed and brushes are easy on the skin but still exfoliates well. Good battery life.

Here's a rephrased version:I purchased two brushes, one from this brand and another similar one. The other brand had its charging port covered and located under the brush, which made me concerned about water damage. Unfortunately, the other brand stopped working after just three uses in the shower, while I was merely using it to wash my back. On the other hand, this brand lasted through four charges and approximately 12 uses. However, one day when I was using it, the brush wouldn't shut off, even after pressing the button multiple times. I checked for moisture inside by opening the charging cover, but it didn't help. To make it stop, I had to plug it back in and then unplug it again. After unplugging, it would start and stop intermittently. This continued for three days until it finally stopped on the fourth day. It's clear that these back washers aren't durable, but I appreciate how effectively they clean. Despite knowing that it will likely break soon, I plan to buy another one. However, this time I hope to find a brand that can withstand moderate usage, considering I'm not a large person (5"10, 200 lbs). It's important to remember that electricity and water should never mix, as the device is bound to fail sooner or later.

Love this. The handle is my favorite, I can reach my back! Super easy to use, feels like good quality and so far the battery life has been amazing. Definitely a game changer for my ancne.

I love my body scrubber! The battery last a long time and has plenty power. My skin feels great after using it.

Works well , had to send the first one back it didn't charge. Can't get the removable head off , and I saw that was issue with them before I purchased it in reviews similar to mine.

The product seems to be high quality. I like that it is supposed to have a 18 day charge once fully charged.
