The best!
I have been drinking Ovaltine since my Grandmother introduced me to this drink about 70 years ago. (Yes, that number is correct.) The flavor hasn't changed, but the texture has. These days the powder dissolves quickly. Years ago texture was more granular, "crunchy," and it took longer to dissolve.

THIS is the STUFF!!!!
Oh man... I am so happy I found this product again! I have not had Ovaltine in probably 30+ years. The other day I was watching 1950's commercial rerun's on TV and what do you know? Up pop's an original commercial from 1955 pitching Ovaltine! Captain Rocket, decoder pin, and all!!! Immediately I said to myself - "Wow!!! I wonder if they still make it, and if they do is it the same stuff?" I went right out to Amazon and sure enough, there it was in Classic formula! I was VERY skeptical at first because over the years the brand has changed hands a few times etc. so... no way it's the same stuff BUT for the price, I'll take a chance on it. 2 days later, it arrives. When I open the box, immediately my senses picked up that special "aroma" and I started having flashbacks to my childhood. Then I thought "Yeah... it smells correct, but does it taste correct?" I couldn't wait. I opened the container, grabbed the milk, poured the glass full, put 3 heaping TS of Ovaltine in the tall glass, and mixed. The color was right, the smell was right, the look of the granules was right... now for the taste test (que the dramatic music)..... Wow!!!! It was EXACTLY the same taste I remembered as a kid!!!! It was almost like going back in time! Have no doubts people, this IS the STUFF of your childhood!!! Thank you Nestle for continuing to make this GREAT product and virtually unchanged in nearly 100 years!!! And thank you Amazon for offering it up for sale!!! I could NOT be happier and will definitely be buying from now on!

Classic Delicious Taste
Delicious Ovaltine. Classic malted milk taste. Ordered the product online, because they stopped providing it in grocery stores years ago, don't know why. We can buy the chocolate malt, but not the original malt in stores. So, here we are. Thanks Amazon!!

Not the same as original; but good.
Cannot go wrrong with Ovaltine. That being said, the taste has changed from what it once was.
