Good for the Price, but could use some improvements
The media could not be loaded. First let me say, this isn’t a bad trellis and I would still probably recommend it to a friend! With that said, there could definitely and should be some improvements. Like another person said the stakes are difficult to get in the ground because you have nothing to push on for leverage. The manufacturers need to make some sort of stake that screws in (like the other reviewer created) that you can drive down into the ground with a mallet or something. Unfortunately buyers just have to create it on their own to get that sturdiness you’d expect. For now we have rocks pushing against the poles for sturdiness until we can can Jerry-rig it like the other reviewer. Now as far as setup, its super easy! And I loved that all the alike parts were bundled together unlike other items I’ve purchased where you have to figure out which piece you have each time you pick it up. I put this together by myself until I got stuck with the fastener things. I’m not mechanically minded, like AT 👏🏼 ALL 👏🏼 (I even have trouble with those fork and spoon salad tongs, but I digress). My husband came outside and figured it out within a minute lol. So with that, I video’d how he did it for anyone else that’s like me and just can’t figure it out.All in all this is a good product, but needs some improvement for getting it into the ground. We live in Missouri and get really strong winds so I wouldn’t expect this to stay up the way we have it now. We’ll drill holes in the poles and attach tent stakes eventually to make this sturdy enough to withstand our elements. In my picture I realize the front stake closest to me looks kicked out and wonky. I’m not sure why it is and tried to fix it but it just seems to be that way with how the other poles are, I bet the stakes will fix that when we pull it up to re-install it.Hope this review helped!!

Sturdy and aesthetic trellis.
Although this wasn’t my first choice for an ornamental garden trellis, I couldn’t pass up the price point and practicality of this particular one. That being said, I am so glad I selected this trellis. It looks great and our blackberries are loving it! We planted the berries two years ago and they just kept getting tangled up on themselves on the ground and we could never see the ripened berries. These pictures were taken three weeks after installing the trellis and they are growing like crazy! We plan to encourage them to grow over the arch which will create shade inside the arch for happy berry growth. We live in a hot climate and they like more of a shade environment here. Now we are able to go inside the arch to harvest the berries. My husband’s assembled it easily by himself within 20 minutes and I helped to attach the stretchy green net…it was just easier with a second person but can be done with one. Also, it is much easier to install outside unless you have French door or a slider to the back yard.

Nice addition to vegie garden
Although I like this trellis and PROBABLY would purchase again, it was difficult to assemble, took 2 adults with college educations about 2 hours to assemble, it comes apart too easy so I ended up using constructive adhesive to hold the sections together. The netting holes are probably larger than is good for veggies to grow, but it did work. I would try a different option before I purchased this again.

Difficult to put into ground
First shipment was missing parts. When I contacted the company, they told me they would send to me. Then they told me that they were coming out with an improved version. They did not say where they were located, and since I wasn’t sure how many days/weeks it would take, with my wife anxious to plant, I returned the item and ordered a replacement.Once assembled, you need to put 6 poles 12-14” into the ground, but the only way you can do that is to push. You have nothing to hold on to to give you leverage, nothing to pound on, and even with wet ground, it’s very difficult to get even a few inches into the ground.I wound up buying 6 metal tent spikes, drilling a hole in each and also into the 6 poles, screwed the spikes onto the poles, then hammered the spikes into the ground until each pole was 12” into the ground. It looks like many products are similar to this one, and hope this information helps you if you decide to get one.

Must have for my veggie garden
I had a garden in my backyard and built with lowes wood piece for my cucumbers and melons, but they didn’t last long and I then decided to invest in the more durable choices. I bought two - the first one a named brand but more expensive and then this one. I am very glad that there’s no difference at all (as you can tell from the picture), and holds up very sturdy and easy to assemble. I have been worrying about that it may be weak in the wind but actually it never failed in the wind. It didn’t need to be deep into the soil.
