Java Teak 8 Seat Westminster Design Solid Teak and Rattan Garden and Patio Dining Set

I was a bit worried before ordering this set as it seemed "too good to be true". The price was so much cheaper than other things I had looked at and I hoped it wasnt going to turn out to be a 'flimsy orange' bit of furniture.I was not disappointed at all when it arrived. This set is amazing value for money. The furniture is really sturdy, and the shade of the wood is a lovely light teak colour. The chairs stack together so they are easy for storage. The set also came with 8 cushions (a nice surprise). The chairs are very comfortable and the extension part of the table is of very high quality. It all fits together really neatly and looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture that it actually is.If I had any criticsm at all it would be that the arms of the chairs do not fit right under the table so you cant tuck them in quite as much as I probably would normally do. Dont get me wrong though - they dont stick out far and the picture on the website is a very good representation of how the set looks. The arms go partly under the table, but just not all the way when the table is not in use. Hence my rating of 4 rather than 5.It arrived very well packaged with the table in a large flat box. The only thing you need to attach is the legs which was very easy. The chairs came stacked and wrapped in cardboard so everything was very well protected for the delivery.

This is an amazing garden setup for less than half the price of comparable products. Really well built and easy to assemble. I did it by myself but it would be easier for two people. (Chairs are pre-made, only the table base needs to be added but the table is pretty heavy - hence why I would recommend 2 folks do it). As they say - takes about 30 minutes.Also - there was an issue with delivery and when I contacted Plastoy they were amazing. Kate from Plastoy both resolved the issue and also made a kind gesture which was not asked for.I would highly recommend both this furniture and also Plastoy. Our new garden set has been the talk of the neighbors ;-)

This set of garden furniture was delivered on time , was extremely well packed ,so much so that it required a separate trip to the tip to get rid of all the cardboard! It is very comfortable and looks great in my garden. It was a really good price and well worth the money.

Definitely recommend this set for value. The chairs stack which has made storage easy this winter. Chairs comfy and seat cushions supplied do the job

The table and chairs are very solidly built, but the finishing isn't perfect. Found opening the table up to its full length to be very difficult, I'm really strong, but struggled to open it without eating 6 cans of Popeye spinach. Waxing the groves really helped, but you have to open it first to get the wax in. If you don't have superior upper body strength and 6 cans of Popeye spinach handy, then be prepared for a trip to your local gym to procure the services of several buff men or one Jodie Marsh. For the price though, it's really good value and looks great on the decking. Chairs are really comfortable.I would have given this 4 stars, but the delivery took a star away. It arrived on a pallet on the back of a truck (no electric uppy-downy tailgate/lift) with one person to deliver it. My partner had to assist with getting the table off the back of the truck, he's half the size of me in terms of body mass and only has the tenth of my herculean strength. If the delivery had been free, I probably would have been less disgruntled, but when you pay £70 for delivery, you expect a proper service.My partner suffers from extreme Martyr Syndrome (this IS a real medically recognised condition)and the delivery drama caused me days of suffering and copious amounts of alcohol consumption.In summary, good solid furniture, though finishing could be better, but good value for money. Delivery shit, only herculeans should purchase or gym/Jodie Marsh's house nearby.

Don't often write reviews (too lazy), but anyone out there looking for a quality piece of furniture need not look any further. I'm one of those who spend endless time researching anything and everything I buy to ensure I am getting the very best product for my money. I paid a lot less then the current price - but nevertheless have to say that it is a first class product that looks great in the garden!

WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS PATIO SET ADVERTISED IT WAS AT £499.99 FOR THE START OF SEASON WHICH IS WHAT I APPLIED FOR ALSO INQUIRING ABOUT PRICE OF DELIVERY AS IT IS ONLY 20 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOUSE, I WAS INTENDING PICKING IT UP IN MY TRUCK MYSELF. HAVING TRIED PHONING SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NO REPLY OR ANSWERS TO EMAILS WENT AHEAD AND PURCHASED THE PATIO SET HOPING TO GET THEM AT THE ORIGINAL ADVERTISED PRICE. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY OR DESIGN OF THE PATIO SET. MR RALPH WHITEHEAD
