Well made but arch support simply too high for my feet
My plantar fasciitis has been playing up recently which is why I decided to give these full length insoles a go.Sadly, the arch support on these insoles was simply too high for my feet as I have slightly lower arches. The arch support was digging into my feet so much that I struggled to walk. The pain was unbearable so I had to remove the insoles from my trainers.I’m really gutted because these insoles are well made. They are flexible and have sufficient padding around the heel, which really helps relieve heel pain. However, the arch support was simply too high for my feet.

These are really great insoles BUT the Cushioning Gel Heel Pad is nothing more than the main material EVA foam

Looks well made
After experiencing pain in the sole of my feet, I decided to try out the Plantar Fasciitis Insoles. Although my shoes were comfortable, I found that the insoles provided extra padding and shock absorption, which made a significant difference in my comfort level. Additionally, the insoles can be easily cut to size, making them suitable for a variety of shoe sizes.Upon inspection, the insoles appear to be well-made and durable. However, it's important to note that the effectiveness of this product is highly individual and may depend on factors such as the location and severity of foot pain.

Best suited to boots?
I get aching heals after I return from a walk or a run.These are well made and comfortable to me...... however, they just seem to lift my heals too far in walking shoes or running trainers.I have tried them in both, but I feel my heal slipping up and down when using in either pair of shoes/trainers, which as well as being really annoying, would probably start hurting after a while, blisters or rubbing.Your feet swell whilst running/hiking, these insoles would make my shoes too tight after a while hiking/running.I don't wear boots but I think these would be great in boots.They're not for me, unfortunately.
