This is THE most comfortable chair I have ever used. I work from home a lot and spending hours in the home office you need a decent chair. I can happily work for hours in front of my screen in perfect comfort when using this chair. No back pain, no strain the adjustments mean you can get it in that 'Just So' position. The only downside I can say was trying to put it together, which took a bit of handling as you need to have 3 pairs of hands to hold and place the components in the correct alignment to get the screws to fit. Stick with it though and you will have an office chair that both looks stylish and is a great place to be. They also provide additional casters wheels, I'm not sure if this is because they are just a standard build pack for this and other variants of this chair or that there is a possibility of fault, so they include the extras. I've used the chair almost everyday over the last few months and there is no sign of issue with the caster wheels - so a Non Issue so far!

It helps to pull back the material so that the screw hole is exposed.For me, if anything, the seat is wider than I'd like (but then again, I'm fairly slim!)Generally very happy with my purchase and it's way better than the old chair I'd for years.

One of the best office chairs I've had, nay, sat on!Good wide seat - my wife and I like to cross our legs while using the computer and it's got more than enough space for that!Arm rests can be pulled up and out of the wayBase is sturdy and the wheels actually roll well! Which is more than I can say for some other brands out there. I also own the highly acclaimed ikea Markus - which is a great chair BUT for half the price, this chair wins for sure.For those who want a straight back with good lumbar support then this probably isn't the chair for you. This chair won't correct your posture but it's definitely a comfortable and lazy chair for you to lounge about for hours in front of the screen. See it as a sofa for your office. Big, comfy, sleep-worthy!

Very solid chair, makes me sit up right and very sturdy.My only complaint is, it squeeks a lot as time has gone on and feels as if its becoming less sturdy. Not sure why, I've tried tightening it.If Songmics want to contact me about this and see if it can be resolved, I'd be happy to make it 5 stars. It's a shame really.

Lovely, lovely chair! The wider than usual design gives me dozens of lounging positions when needed. Just like a few others I struggled with assembly. My advice: Don't be a man about it. Move on if you don't get it done straight away. I must've spent 20 mins trying to attach the right-hand armrest. Tried the other one and it was done in seconds. Moved back to the right and was done straight away there as well.

Wanted to spend way less on the chair, spent hours on reading all chair reviews and I'm so happy and relieved ever since it came through my door! Arrived safely, relatively easy to assemble. I've had this chair for nearly a year now and it's still extremely comfortable still. The colours of each part of the chair are lined up perfectly as well.

Delivered quickly and came in one box. Easy to assemble not much thinking required. Chair itself is very good solid and very comfy. Also there were 2 spare wheels and the wheels are really quiet on wooden floor.

Very stylish appearance, well made and grey/white/black finish looks superb. Very comfortable too - the lumbar support is excellent. Simple to put together, although fitting the back on your own is a bit fiddly, but I managed it easy enough. A considerable improvement over my old chair, which after ten years was becoming less than kind to certain parts of the body! Definitely recommend this chair.
