I bought one of these mats and loved so much that I purchased two more for my daughters.. I love the fact that it sticks to the counter top and does not slide around. Love the conversions on it, and the size guides.. This is a life savior..

I almost bought a wooden dough board because that's what I'm used to, but they are $50 or more. So, I took a chance on this mat and I LOVE it. It stays in place (better than a wooden board). It doesn't need much flour to keep from sticking. It cleans easily. It rolls up and stores away nicely. I just want to use it all the time!

Love this mat! It's got a nice "sticky" texture to it so it doesn't slide all over the counter but it's very easy to work dough on. I'm not much of a baker but wanted to try my own pizza crust and therefore needed a pastry mat (I don't like the idea of working directly on a counter, no matter how clean it may be). Haven't made the pizza crust yet but I did use the mat to put together my very first loaf of bread that I ever baked and I have to say, I impressed myself. :)

Replaced an ancient Tupperware mat that had worn through. I like that it "sticks" to the counter without putting water down. I'm a little hesitant about what will happen to the surface as it's used since it isn't supposed to be used as a cutting surface. What's the point of all the diagrams for sizing if I'm expected to move my dough, etc before I cut it?

This is one of those things I never thought I needed until I tried it. I do love it now that I have it. Using the mat keeps my counters clean and makes it easier to measure, divide, or roll dough. It clings to the counter nicely so it stays in place. It also makes lightly flouring the surface easier. I like that it's easy to wash and it rolls into a tight tube for convenient storage.

I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this. I had been using a marble slab to do most of my dough work and mixing but this has turned out to be exceptional for both. When working dough I generally don't need to flour I just drop the dough on the sheet and work. I makes it much easier to work the dough with or without added flour or oil.

This mat is awesome. It's always on the counter top so that I can use it to put the hot pans or baking trays. I make pizza and bread and Cookies on this mat and its non stick surface is very helpful. I washed it in the dishwasher and came out like new. Definitely a good purchase!

I wish I would've bought this sooner!! It works best for rolling dough out and with weekly pizza, it's been well loved already! I appreciate it helping to not get flour all over also! Ive used it for pie crusts and cooling chocolate covered pretzels also (<-- WORKED GREAT!!!)9

Been wanting one for a long time so finally decided to buy this one. Arrived quickly and was how I expected it to be. The only thing is I wish I had purchased one slightly larger. Definitely would recommend it.

I use this all the time for rolling out cookie/scone doughs, and shaping bread dough. It's easy to clean - although a nuisance to clean in the sink, so I drape it over other items in the dishwasher, and it cleans beautifully. I love it because it keeps the mess off my wooden table, which is harder to clean than the mat. Highly recommend it!

Excellent information and guides, but it seems a little silly that you can’t cut on it. There is a clear warning not to, and it is accurate. The bottom has a nice texture so it won’t slide around on your counter.
