It works well. Love the long cord. It’s the proper charger for the Alta Fitbit and doesn’t fall apart break as easily as the cheaper brands. Paying a couple bucks more is well worth it

Charges like it should, so need met. Personally, I like the bit longer cord. That's a plus for me.

Got this a couple of days ago. Put my Alta on it to charge, and then put it back on when it said fully charged. By the time I had gotten to work in the morning (about an hour from the time of putting it back on), the battery had apparently drained. I went home and put it back on the charger thinking maybe it was a fluke. It seemed to charge quickly, so I put the Alta back on and went to bed. It lasted through the night, but again, by the time I made it into work, it was completely dead. I will be returning this for sure. I am concerned that it has shorted and ruined my Alta though--I saw another reviewer citing a similar thing happened to them and the Alta was ruined. I will update this when I find a proper charger and find out if my Alta has, in fact, been compromised.

After trial and error, I thought it would be helpful if I wrote a review to let you know that this only fits the “Alta” not the Alta HR. I hope this saves time for someone! :)
