Portable, good quality, great buy for the price
I searched through lots of website for tennis machine around 1k. I decided to go for Nisplay for a shot and after 3 weeks of use for more than 10 times, I didn’t regret it. The whole machine is quite compact so I can easily fit it into my sedan trunk with all my other equipments and a basket holding 80 balls. The best part is I only need to take the battery out to my apt for recharge, saving me a lot of troubles. And connect it for usage only take like 10s. The overall build look pretty solid and good quality. It is way smaller other tennis ball machine out in the market but still hold the same power. Bad part? I don’t know other machines. This one, for a whole basket like 80 balls, it would usually get jam for 3-4 times. But it has 3 holes for holding the ball, so I never need to manually correct the ball machine. Just wait out the empty shot and it’s good to go for next ball.

Great customer service
I researched a large number of ball machines and decided on this one based on the features and the price. I received this at Christmas and have only had the opportunity to use a couple of times because of the weather. The instructions are easy to follow and it does not take long to get the controls dialed in. So far, it works very reliably although there is occasional variability in the distance that the ball is thrown, but I don't regard this as an issue because I don't think it's realistic to expect to stand in exactly the same place all the time. Otherwise, it performs as expected and I am very pleased. It is very good value for the money. Most of all, I want to comment on customer support. I opened up the machine as a Christmas gift. This included the oscillator. When I went to use this machine for the first time I noticed that I did not have the power splitter cord to run from the battery to the ball machine and oscillator. I don't know if it was missing or was accidentally thrown out. Regardless, when I contacted customer support by email and explain the situation, they immediately mailed me a new cord free of charge. Whether it was my error or not, it was clear that they wanted a satisfied customer. In my opinion, good customer service is as important as the quality and value of the product.

Good product, feedback offered
Got this last week and have used it 4 times already. I got both the machine and the oscillator together. They work great, made of really solid materials, sturdy! It's lightweight, easy to put in my trunk, and easy to pull onto the court. The setup was also easy. But I gave it 4 stars b/c there are a few things that I wish they did differently, and for $1000 price tag, these seem like reasonable requests: 1) The remote doesn't control the oscillator. I wish I could engage/disengage the oscillator with the remote. Instead I have to walk to the unit and turn it on/off, when I have a handy little remote in my pocket that could do it for me. 2) The remote only turns on/off the rotating ball tray on top. It doesn't stop the launch wheels. I wish I could turn those off with the remote since they use most of the battery, and I want to stop them when I have to gather balls. 3) I wish the remote had more buttons/controls. For example, would be nice to be able to adjust top & bottom spin and ball frequency using the remote. 4) I wish I could control how wide the oscillator turned. There is no controlling this. It would be nice to have the option to narrow how wide it rotated. 5) The knob that sets ball frequency is labeled by time between balls, instead of balls per minute. So for example, the highest setting (10) is the FEWEST balls, and the lowest setting (1) is the MOST balls. This is counter-intuitive. Would be nice if that worked the opposite, so the highest setting was for the MOST balls. @nisplay, if you add features to the remote, I would like to receive one.

Great way to practice your ground strokes
This review is being written after only a month of use, but so far, the NIsplay lives up to the promise of being lightweight, easy to adjust, and a fantastic way to practice your ground strokes. The setup is quick and easy and I have found that it works well and provides a good workout. I am an intermediate player who is just getting back into the game, and love that I can practice without having to find a partner to feed balls to me. The oscillator is a nice touch to give both forehand and backhand practice, but I often only use the Nisplay just to practice one or the other, without the oscillator - especially after I get a tennis lesson and want to practice. I am sure that other ball machines, some costing over twice as much as the Nisplay, would also work well, but the price point on the Nisplay makes this a best buy in my opinion. Highly recommend this machine!

More good than bad
PROS: -It's definitely a durable and rugged machine that can withstand a very demanding duty cycle (i.e. daily usage for several months). -It rarely jams -While there's simply no way the machine weighs 26 lbs or is the size of a basketball, it still is very portable due to the square shape and ability to fold it up along with the handle on the back. -The top feed rate of 1 ball per second is impressive; almost nobody will be able to keep up with that very long. CONS: -The Y cable for connecting the battery cable to the machine and oscillator is too short. This inevitably results in a gradual ripping of the cable because the machine and oscillator are working together to pivot the machine left and right while both parts are tethered to a battery pack with wire that have enough slack. -The manufacturer's claim regarding a top launch speed of 68 mph is ambitious at best. Perhaps the manufacturer clocked the speed right at the exit point of the machine using a pressureless ball and under the fastest court conditions possible. This velocity of the ball is nowhere near 68 mph by the time it gets over the net. -The battery pack connection points for the wire are constantly becoming loose. When you see this battery you'll think it's an unfinished version of what the final design was intended to be. -The amount of top spin and backspin that can be generated by modifying the individual speeds of the two motors sounds like it's something that would end up working very well. Unfortunately, this thing cannot even generate anywhere near as much spin as the entry level Slinger. -The spray of the balls during oscillation is skewed...one side is always able to pivot further than the other. -The remote is eh. Basically, if this machine was priced at anything higher than $900, it would not be worth the money, but as long as it hovers around that price point you'll be satisfied that you got good value.

Great seller
I purchased this machine for Christmas for my family and did not get an opportunity to test it out until well into the summer. We had issues trying to figure out how to connect the oscillator. Contacted the seller and he immediately responded with solutions.. when we still couldn’t get the oscillator to correctly connect he shipped us a new cable. All this seven months later! The machine itself works beautifully, but we’re excited to See it full potential with the oscillator. We owned a ball machine 10 years ago and thought it was great value for the money, but this one comes with more features like the remote.. Very happy with the purchase, but more importantly with the seller!

Love it when it works
It works well when it works. We have had the machine a month and used it 6 or 7 times. It randomly will stop working - both the machine and the pivot base (which will sometimes sku to one side or the other). The ball dispensary sometimes also just randomly pauses and stops turning. Disconnecting the battery for 2 minutes does the trick, I just wish we didn't have to do that. The battery lasts 2 hours or so for consistent play with the pivoting base attached. Easy to carry, transport.
