Great customer service
Like any new product read and reread the directions. We had a problem with the first batch and the company was awesome to deal with and to correct the issue immediately.Once we had everything here and ready to go it was a little tricky to manipulate and to figure out what to use between squeegee , brush and roller but once we got comfortable with it everything went smooth. I will tell you it takes a minimum of 24hrs to get hard enough to walk on and we waited 48hrs before we really walked on it.. once dry it has been easy to clean up with a mop and seems to be tough as nails.. product really gets a 4star but the customer service gets 6stars !! Thank you

Short pot life and long cure time, but overall good product
This review is for the "one Shot" two part clear coating. I want to caution anyone who is planning to use this for the garage floor to mix in small batches as the pot life is VERY short. The package arrived on time with no leaking and no issues. It was easy to use and the two pre-mixed buckets were convenient. The instructions are ok but I would suggest looking for videos on YouTube to get a novas perspective and read the website instructions. I used the 3 gal mixture and it went on easy using a roller and pan like painting a wall, and I took my time but... took too long. I have a 600 sqft garage and by 400 the main bucket mix was starting to cure. The smell while curing was stronger than I expected, even with doors open and fans running you can smell it from outside.Overall easy to use and affordable. A 3 gal bucket would have covered 600 sqft had I done smaller batches.

This resin seems different
Some things to know:It doesn't really stink. You'll be able to smell it, but it isn't offensive. What surprised me is how runny it is. Most other resins I've used are syrup and really need a pre-warm; This one flows like heavy motor oil.The primary use, as recommended, is for coating. So far I've done a 1/8" floor pour with it. That doesn't mean I'm not going to attempt a deep-pour (chilled) casting soon, simply because of the price. It is a 2-minute mix A to B. I full-throttled the stirring auger and bubbles were nowhere to be seen because of how thin it is.After a 12-hour cure, I wouldn't recommend walking on it, I left a footprint (indoor 65° overnight didn't cut it). Wait for 18 hours, socked feet, move quickly. By ~36 hours, it passes the fingernail dent test at 65°-70°, and ready for sanding. If you're pigmenting the 3-gallon kit for a 1/8" coating project, go with 100grams of pigment per 3-gallon kit. My concrete high spots ran noticeably less opaque at 50g/3gal. It also reacts as expected to a heat-gun, denatured alcohol, and silicone oil.The biggest win for this resin is price. As of this review, $0.46 per ounce for this quality is rare. Maybe I'm just old, but the thinner the resin, the more expensive it is. For coating, no need to vacuum it, and honestly, I didn't even heat-gun it or aeration-roll it once it was laid down. Seriously, no bubbles. The seller also packages these kits incredibly well. Ordered 8 kits, all 8 survived. Ships out of Virginia. 100% shipping-survival-rate, no way. Thanks for packing well and NOT using USPS.Never heard of this resin/company, but they make a damn-fine product and it is my new favorite. I know your new livingroom floor is a big deal, you did ALL that prep-work and don't want to fk it all up with trash resin. Know that this stuff is an outstanding choice.Photo: Spotted silicone oil on primered concrete under Black Diamond's "Imperial Black" (50g:3gal) with Eye Candy's "Akai Tsuki Red" in a 2g:12oz denatured alcohol mix.

Dissatisfied with results
Put this product on 4 days ago and still have areas that never cured. Had to put sand on it to keep from sticking myself to the floor. Not sure but think I got a defective batch. Would be nice if the vendor would send me enough to fix the bad area! I have installed other manufacturers epoxy on 2 other properties I own with no issues, so I know what I'm doing. Do your research before buying.

Good product crappy instructions
Epoxy worked fine by not because of their instructions. Pigment was easy to mix but zero instruction. Did small test mix with other colors turned out only partial amount of what they provided was needed color epoxy base coat.
