Usually the nozzle is clean if you keep use it every day and replace floss regularly: floss will scrub the inside of the nozzle daily to keep it clean! If you need an intensive cleaning you can buy the Jetpik UV sanitizer to clean it. Or use any brand of mouthwash to rinse it regularly.Best regards!Jetpik team
