Bought these for when I was getting my wisdom teeth out, put them in the freezer the day before and honestly, they are the right size for your face, even when they are frozen they're still flexible, lasts an hour roughly but easy enough to throw in the freezer and grab another.

As described handy to have.

Needed to do 20 min on 10 min off so these small cool pads were easy to hold, always one ready to use.

20 seconds in the microwave (2*10 seconds as advised) & the bag burst.

Great for hot or cold therapy. I have had mine for a while now. They still work great.

No pesan, ni ocupan, asiq los puedes llevar puestos por casa sujetos hasta con una goma, el frio dura lo suficiente o más, recomiendan 10 min y calcque duran casi la media hora. Para llevar de viaje imprescindibles si tienes alguna dolencia.
