Extremely light. The large volume can be ridden with extremely low air pressure. Ideal on deep soil, rough and very loose terrain. In the usual Fat-Bike 4 inch width, it weighs less than 1000g * SIDEWALLS: SnakeSkin which is a light and flexible carcass that makes the tyre highly resistant to scrubbing. It also contains a special monofilament fabric to prevent air-loss when used in combination with a sealant liquid. I'm a Huge Fan - Fast with amazing cornering traction - Running tubeless
I'm running these (4.4" version) tubeless on HED Big Deal carbon rims. They are amazing tires. Totally rocking it.I came to these from 7 year old HuskerDu 4.0" I was nervous about the tires being too wide but I haven't had any issues with any "bulky" feeling. They grip great. Roll super fast. I'm a huge fan.

the bomb diggity bomb
Set them up tubeless, you will not regret.. by far the fastest fat bike tires for pavement or hard dirt. Perhaps not the best for snow, but they are fat tires, traction is always great.

Good rolling resistance, Good tire
I purchased the 4.4"x26" JumboJims snakeskins. These tires are great. I primarily use them for gravel paths so roll resistance was important. They also seated relatively easily for the tubeless set up. I have only run one set of tires that were this good, and that was the Dillinger 5 by 45North but they are 2x the price. I have done some single track and they did just fine. Side knobs gave plenty of traction in the turns.

Jumbo jim 4.0 ,
Beat tires for the fat bike hands down , very light , snakeskin gives them sidewall protection as I ride in rocks 80 percent on the time . Great grip in wet conditions as well . No complaints except they can be a little pricey

Not durable but super fast.
Light weight but I hate the blue stripe. The tires are not very durable, if you ride a lot of Rocky sections or are prone to sticks stabbing them, go another route. If your looking for fast rolling light weight tires, they kick ass.

Schwalbe JumboJims - the best!
Schwalbe is my go-to for bike tires. These JumboJims are excellent for year around fun in the sand, mud and snow.

Maybe just bad luck for me
A sample size of 1 isn't reliable. Maybe just bad luck. But I cut this tire badly, on a piece of shale, on my very first ride. I have attempted to repair it with an automotive radial tire patch, plus shoe goo... and so far, it seems to be holding up. But, one of the reasons I bought this was because I hoped this casing would prove to be durable. The 5 mile hike out, pushing a crippled fat bike was no fun.

Definitely a faster rolling tire
Great tire .. Tracks well, much quieter than the one I replaced, seems a little less traction in thin mud slurry but digs in well on deeper mud...great on rock and root sections...biggest difference I find is how fast it is..acheived 4 personal best on my usual trails in a week.. Will be getting the second one for up front..over all quite pleased

eccellente basso coef. rotolamento

You want grip, here it is.
Grippy and stable riding. It a bit noisy on the street but I ride gravel and off-road enough that I don’t care that it’s loud on the street. I can corner and rip around with confidence.
