Q: are they Anti reflective and bluelight reflective?

Yes they are, great for computer work. If I ever lose these I would replace them.

Q: Can I provide you my measurements after placing the purchase since each of my eyes need a different magnification strength?

Unfortunately these glasses cannot be changed when purchased through Amazon. However, if you go to our website you can customize different strengths for each eye.

Q: What are the dimensions to the lenses?

I use the XLs that are adjustable for both length, AND width. My lenses are approximately two inches wide and about 1.1 inches tall. However, there is another style (non-adjustable for width, and not the only style offered on that configuration) which has rounder lenses. These lenses appear to be about 1.5 inches wide and a bit taller than mine.

Q: Who can put my perscription in these? Costco won't and Vision Works wants 300$ and won't guarentee.

My glasses are in the $30.00+ area. I am not wealthy but I believe these glasses will hold up well for 3 to 5 years with reasonable care and caution. I can replace them when needed. Please understand, these are READING glasses. I do not know how they would work with a complicated prescription.
