How much does this weigh?

It's about 10 kilos, I found it difficult to cut in a straight line when fully extended but used 2 saw horses and some 2x2 to rest it on. Great product

Does the chainsaw head tun to 90 degree / right angle to the pole?

No, it only goes to 30 deg with an indent at 15 deg. I haven't found a need to angle the head yet. Still, a good bit of kit, quite robust with a very long reach. Don't forget to buy some chainsaw oil as it only comes with a small quantity.

It says 12” chainsaw, but the chain I took off and need to replace is 14”, does anyone know the correct size, no reply from manufacturer, thanks

I have not changed the chain but if it measures 14 inch then it must be they do sell 3/8" 14inch chainsaw chains on eBay quite cheap have a look just check the width on yours first I hope this helps

country of origin please?

Not sure about Country of origin but they have a UK base in Cumbria. From the name, I would think they are European but many euro and English marked tools are originally sourced from China. The tool is good and works well, so no operational issues. Hope this helps.
