I liked the quality. The cover was soft. Once the pillow expanded it fit perfectly into my 18 inch pillow cover. It’s thick’s thick and full. I would buy it again.

These are soft but sturdy. They are awesome to lay your head on. They will also support your back for real, not like the flimsy pillows. Very much worth the investment.

The dimensions are spot-on and the memory foam truly keeps it's shape, maintaining a full, firm pillow that's truly comfortable.

The blue pillows in the photos are super firm. They work well in some instances and not well in others. They don't work great under your head unless your head is the size of a 15-lb watermelon. It is memory foam, though.

I have some chronic back pain and using a firm pillow for lumbar support really helps me to feel good. This pillow has great density and so it feels very supportive. Also, because of the great density it also keeps its shape after use. I would definitely purchase this pillow again because it will keep its density over time. If you are looking for a soft, squishy pillow this pillow is not for you.

This pillow turned out to be EXACTLY what I was looking for. I need extra lumbar support when sitting in my recliner, and this meets all my requirements. I'm so very pleased, thank you! ** If you end up purchasing this pillow, please take note of some extremely helpful advice I learned from reading other prior reviews before I bought. Once you unbox, immediately place the pillow inside the accompanying cover, so that at it expands over 24 hours or so, it does so snugly within the cover. Otherwise, I suspect you're going to have issues getting it in there and zipped closed. It's snug! But this is a good thing IMO. **And by the way, this is very firm, yet soft at the same time. Doesn't collapse as you lean into it and it stays perfectly supportive no matter how much time passes. This is a high-quality product and explains the slightly-higher price vs others. VERY HAPPY!

This pillow is so soft and comfy. You can squish it down and it will bounce right back into perfect shape. The 16 x 16 size is just right for my 16 x 16 pillow cover. A great pillow and reasonable price, couldn't ask for much more than that.

I was replacing the new down inserts on my couch and these are perfect and better than the original inserts. Very nice to lean against and they hold their shape. Glad they came as a 2 pack and I'm replacing all 8 pillows that came with the couch and loveseat

I have chronic lower back issues and find that I need good support to avoid sinking or slouching while reading or watching TV. This does the trick! It may not be for everyone, as it’s very firm. I have found that it is really helpful in keeping that lumbar area from slouching. I would definitely buy again!

The pillow is quality is great, but the wrong size was delivered. My 18” pillowcases did not fit. Needed to purchase 20” cases.
