Traditional 48" Tall 8-Shelf Double Wide Wood Bookcase in Dry Oak

It was easy to assemble. I was surprised since there were reviewers who said otherwise. The problem with this product is the scratched and peeling wood veneer (not all over but on a few small areas). I think I solved the problem by rubbing it with furniture oil and a product called Restor A Finish for dark oak (both these products I had on hand). I also rubbed these products on the edges of the back panel which shows a little when viewing it on the side. All put together, the book case looks good.

I ordered the 48”x48”; has four shelves on each side The quality of this budget priced bookcase is a bargain. It is solid, sturdy and looks very nice! It matches my other older oak bookcases too. Put it together in less than an hour and in went my books! (This bookcase comes in a rectangular box, approx. 9”h x 16”w and 4 ft. long. Its heavy, at about 100lbs.) I would certainly order another if needed. Thanks!

This product is a real challenge to put togeather.I have had experience with the cam and pin system but these directions need some refinment.Also ,1 part was broken,the packer of this cabinet had to know it was broken. I glued it but hope to get replacement piece. Also some of the trim pieces do not fit right. Unfortunately these pieces are right up front,easy to see the missfit. Tracking on order was terrible

Eat your Wheaties hauling this thing into your house. It's not flimsy by any stretch of the imagination. The assembly was a bit of a pain because the parts are not fully labeled in some cases. But I mean, a lot if it truly is common sense, you just have to be patient and open your eyes when putting it together. It pretty much speaks for itself. Otherwise, if you are worried about shelf sag under heavy books, you are not going to have any of that here. Great bookshelf!

Nice quality and fairly easy to assemble. Would’ve been easier had all the pieces been labeled.

The bookcase arrived with not enough small parts for assembly. I have called the manufacturer customer service number on two separate days, left messages, and they have not responded. The email address on their instruction flier is not a useable email address.
