Total WASTE of time!!!!
According to the information leaflet supplied with my purchase, plus my own experience of using this "product" this does NOT fit the bill and the description is MIS-SELLING!This box does NOT have the right light frequencies (UV) to stimulate vitamin D production - thus does NOTHING for anyone suffering from SAD - do NOT buy this, if you suffer from this disorder!
