Gardman 35955 3 Seater Garden Swing Cover, Grey, 30 x 13 x 28 cm

Bought this in March 2017 to cover another 3 seater we bought for the end of the garden, as it states on the front cover that it comes with a 5 year Guarantee! It quickly lost it's colour in the summer sun, and lost the anchor point Velcro tabs in a mild wind at the end of a very sheltered garden within weeks, and now has developed a tear in the front after another storm in December. The bungee bits I bought helped a bit, but essentially I found myself pulling the cover back over the 3-seater hammock continually, with a need to bring in the seating cushions and pillows as they had been soaked by rain. I'm not sure how the 5 year Guarantee will work now as I don't know who to return it to and how you do this as I had so much confidence in the product that I think I threw it away. I had bought another cover with a similar guarantee from Bosmere over a year before this one which still looks incredibly good and almost new in thick black colours, so no loss of colour whatsoever, or tears or splits at all! I shall be buying another one of these me thinks unless Gardman can honour their 5 year Guarantee?

Great quality & well made. Plenty big enough for a 3 seater swingseat. Saved £20 from garden centre price. So very happy.Update*** I have had this product a year but unfortunately it didn’t weather very well during the winter. Faded quite a lot and tore very easily especially if we had a bit of wind. So although it seemed good quality when I first bought it I wouldn’t recommend. I have had to go and buy a more expensive one from the garden centre (which I previously had) made from harder wearing materials and I know will last.

Got this in warehouse deal, we have had 2 from gardman before over the last 10 years, the only thing is the ties they dont look like the ones in the photo, but I will replace with longer ones. Do like the Velcro ties which we did not have on old ones. These are the best covers that yiu can buy, and I was lucky as it was a warehouse deal!!!

did ok for a year or so but had cracks appear after that but got a replacement delivered when complained to company.unfortunately cracked again on new cover but sadly company now does`nt exist

It arrived in a huge box, on time, packed very well. I was worried because I had read many reports on Hammock covers being too short, not wide enough, & flimsy. But this cover is none of these! I have a wide & high 6ft Hammock. It covers my Hammock completely, right down to the ground. Very easy to remove as it has full length zips on both sides. The material is grey, thick & the rain seems to wash off it. Completely waterproof & stain proof. If you want to sit on the hammock with cover around you, just unzip both sides & fold back, it stays quite well. I haven't yet had to put it through a bad winter, but at the moment I am very pleased with it. I recommend it totally.

Bought one of these covers last years - which I found in shed - so didn't really need the new one - but will keep until I need it... Cover was okay for about 2 years - then the canvas became very stiff and started to tear... that's why I bought new one...

Good, well designed cover, however only lasts a year before the fabric perished and had to be replaced. Not yet found a cover that last more than a year, no matter the brand. South facing garden gets a lot of sun so suspect that's why.

Up to now the over is doing a good job, withstanding the rain and storms.
