... way bigger than I was anticipating (which is a good thing! )
This pull up bar was way bigger than I was anticipating (which is a good thing!). It was packed in a flat, square shaped box. The paper it came with said it didn't include hardware and recommended a 3" 3/8 lag screw for which you'd need 6; but to my surprise there was a hardware bag that included screws, the bolts to keep the bar from spinning, drywall anchors, and endcaps. I HIGHLY recommend pre drilling, those bolts could easily split the studs! My only complaint is that the bar itself had some scratches on it on the outer edge from the support arms rubbing against it in the box. It was only protected by a thin plastic bag. Not the end of the world and not enough to return it. Can't wait to put it to some good use!

Looked good online but disappointing on arrival
1. Delivered on time, as usual. Nice.2. Missing hardware. (So I can’t use it) Both to assemble the bar and mount on the wall. The item description says that the hardware comes with it and there is even a picture of the hardware. (So I expected that) Inside the box there is an instruction sheet that says that wall mounting hardware is not provided because installation options vary and I should consult the local hardware store to find out what I need. (If I had known maybe, but this is atypical and a real inconvenience.3. Hand bar is scratched multiple places on both sides so the coating is not smooth anymore where one would grab the bar.4. One of the rubber stoppers on the end of the bar is cracked. It looks as if the packaging was either very poor or I was sent a previously open item that was badly repackaged without the hardware and in a way that the bar was scratched a lot.I am sure others were luckier because the reviews were so high, and I must have gotten the lemon. Too bad for me I guess - this would be a pain to return. My first 2 star review.

Get shredded pull up bar!
Great pull up bar. Very sturdy, more than expected. Grippy bar , no need for grip tape. End pipe covers included. I’m 5’9” , wide grip still have 6” of bar on each side. Better than the gym. Recommend.

Great value...Very good bar
The bar arrived on time and in good condition. I mounted it to my garage wall using a couple of 3ft 2x4’s which I mounted to the studs in my garage using 5 inch lag screws.Once my 2x4’s were anchored, the bar easily attached and is completely solid. This bar is a great value and if installed properly, should last a long time.

Making pullups great again!
This thing is solid. I almost bought the name brand that starts with an "R" for 150ish.. I'm glad I found this. Now I just gotta use it and not just look at it.😜

The product is really sturdy, and is definitely what I was looking for
I'm giving this 3 stars (and I don't really write reviews) even though the product works well. The product is really sturdy, and is definitely what I was looking for. However, whoever packaged this deserves a solid punch to the face. They tied all the parts together with some metal ties, and left these SUPER sharp edges on the ends. I sliced my finger open just removing it from the box. Seriously, who does that.

Great value for the cost!
I have the same pull-up bar from Rogue too. The Rogue feels a little heavier and the finish on the arms is a little better quality. The pullup bar itself feels the exact same. The Rogue came with no end caps or mounting hardware for twice the cost. Having purchased both I would not have purchased the Rogue bar if I bought this one first. They both feel sturdy and for the cost this is a no brainier for me.The package could have been better. One of the ends was slightly bent. I bent it back with a vice grips, put on the end cap and it was fine.

Great pull up bar
Difficult to install into concrete block and if not perfectly aligned, the bar will not slide through..but once in use love the finished product♥️ Use it almost every day

Solid as a rock
It came with some scratches but don't care it's solid, super cheap and looks great in my garage. I weigh 235 lbs and doesn't move if i do a muscle up or a kipping pull up. Gave my old doorway bar to a friend and I have never been happier. I used Three horizontal 2x4s with screws into each stud and then used the included harwear to attach the bar to all 3 2x4s.

Good pull up bar
Overall, I'm happy with this pull up bar and would purchase again. Deducted 1 star for packaging.. Wasn't packaged well, had some minor scratches in the bar, and it was wrapped with wiring that added additional scratches to the frame. Box was a little beat up, which is typical of UPS/Fedex/USPS - But the plastic bag wrapping didn't do much to protect the components inside. Luckily, none of the hardware was missing.Deducted another star for the bar holes; they weren't aligned on 1 side. I had to bore them out in order for the bar to fit. Didn't take too long, but still had to do it.

Chipped
This bar seems sturdy after we mounted it using 2x4s and some additional hardware.Pros: Hold a 200# person kipping for various movements. The metal seems durable overall.Cons: The coating is chipped so we have to carefully place our hands.Limited instructions. We had to buy additional hardware to mount in our garage.Slippery!Obviously we are lucky to have purchased this before all the workout equipment sold out, but it would have been nice if it wasn’t damaged. I can’t really replace it quickly so we just decided to deal with it.

So far this PUBar has been good. Recently bought and installed
So far this PUBar has been good. Recently bought and installed. Package arrived in bad condition, seller replaced broken items quickly. I did 1x4" baseboards for mounting, stained and sealed, lags into the studs. Solid so far.

Customer Service was great as they sent me some replacement parts and screws ...
Very solid construction. Included all the hardware you need to install. Customer Service was great as they sent me some replacement parts and screws because the kit came with the wrong size to fasten the bar. I installed this by myself in about 45 min but recommend getting some help to make it easier. Don't forget to pre-drill the pilot holes for the lag bolt.

Hardware Missing; Seller fixed mistake
When I first recieved my package there was no hardware included. The product description directly contradicts what the packing list actual says when it arrived. The product description says "Mounting hardware is included" and "Package list: All hardware for assembling and installing". When I opened it up there was no hardware; not even the hex bolts to secure the pull up bar. The packing list inside the box says "mounting hardware not included". It was very annoying, mostly because of the direct contridiction. I sent an email to the seller and they confirmed that the mounting hardware was indeed supposed to be included. After a few emails they sent me the mounting hardware and hex bolts. So, lets assume that wasn't a typical mistake and most people get the correct hardware the first time around. The actual bar is really good. Very solid. I have it mounted directly into wood studs in my garage and it doesn't budge at all (I'm about 180lbs). This bar would be plenty stable for any sort of pull up, muscle up, rings, etc. Other than the intial annoyance it seems to be a quality product.

Bolted to existing Smith Machine equipment as a chin-up accessory
Long bar and adjustable width allowed me to Upgraded my Body Solid Smith machine to add this chin-up bar. Used 4 existing bolt hole pattern with 3/8" bolts, so didn't have to drill into the Smith machine. Despite the long overhang, everything was very strong and sturdy with no give at all. Only had to add some weight to the base of the Smith to safely use.
